Second time I ordered online and went in to get my food after sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to start making my food and they never did. So, I went in and asked them for my online order… and they finally started to make it.The places was a wreck. Every table had food and crumbs and trash on the countertops and floor. It makes no sense. considering it was barely busy with more than plenty of workers, but definitely not much work getting done here today. To top it off they forgot my drink. And the specialty drink fountain was completely empty.

Staff was great, place was clean, the cost is up and the amount of food in the bowl was less than any other time. Huge chunk of fat was in the bowl. They are cutting every corner and leaving a few corners uncut that should be.

Quality of food going down, 3 items I usually get ( when available) completely out. The food never tastes the same. Ever.. lol. Most of the staff was talking about how they are most likely going to quit ( yelling to their friends across the room). I’m pretty scared to eat my food honestly ? the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars and not one is because I typically enjoy chipotle.

If I’m paying over $20 for a single carne asada bowl with double protein and request extra rice and veggies, that bowl should be loaded to the BRIM!!!Barely looked like double protein + extra rice and veggies. Was very good though.

Diego is absolutely the BEST!! I woke up at 7:00 am sharp today craving nothing but a chipotle carne asada quesadilla. Unfortunately due to my busy day I was not able to get to a chipotle until 9:50 at night. Contemplating if I should put my poor fellow food service workers through the frustration of people coming in 10 minutes before close.. I let my cravings get the best of me. Thankfully Diego was so kind and gracious toward us and did not mind the inconvenience we were causing their night. Thanks for the bussin food and good vibes!!Parking: Great parking, lines were clearly visible
This chipotle location is by far the most consistent. The ingredients are always fresh and they don’t skimp the amount of meat they give you. Have yet to have a bad experience here. The spicy salsa has gotten a lot hotter though so if the owner of Chipotle happens to read this, add less chilis to your recipe
