Not much flavor it might have been my combination but I was not impressed

This location actually does well with keeping food stocked and ready to go, and the employees here are actually nice and helpful. Still doesn’t get 5 stars because extra steak burritos cost $19.

Careless customer service and no clue about anything. First time (online) got no meat at all in my bowl and ended up paying for it either way. Second time got charged twice for guacamole, had to go back to get refund. No third time.

This place is horrible!! Paid so much for the worst portions and rude staff. They did bad on my wrap and it was a 5’7 dark skin worker. Would not recommend get this man fired

I've been going to this chipotle for over a year. It has gotten worse month after month. I never write reviews but enough is enough. The portions they give at this location are much lower than others nearby. I always get the same order with double chicken, and the staff never does a full scoop, and will even shake the serving spoon to make it a smaller scoop. I am not joking lol. I dont care about friendliness or whatever, I just want my food done right. especially when I walk out with a single bowl and large drink and it is now $22. Do not support this chipotle.

Closing 30 minutes early is crazy. I could understand 5 minutes if anything but if your hours say you close at a certain time then that’s when you close. You don’t get to choose the time you close. Unacceptable.

Management needs to train people better…often times they are young and have no people skills, or don’t know how to do simple things like count change. I have seen someone ask for guacamole and they put and entire huge spoon of it on the burrito, then tried to roll it up, but it was so overflowing their idea of fixing it was to grab another tortilla, and roll it up with the extra tortillas instead of just either remaking it, or removing some of the guacamole…. It’s not rocket science kids…. It’s a burrito … unreal .

You have to beg the girls who make the food here to add a standard portion.... maybe they are okay with 4 pieces of chicken but to a 260lb male that's an insult

Whenever the male staff make the bowls they make them reasonable and make me want to come back

Whenever the 1 gram of protien staff are there I simply walk out if after asking for a normal amount and being refused.

The people working there are very nice and friendly.
I felt welcome.
It's Chipotle. So, the food is tasty and a great deal for the amount of calories and protein.
The atmosphere gets a 4 star because it's located in Scottsdale, which is occupied by snobby clientele, and the ceiling had some clearly visible water damage.

Parking: Large parking lot with a strip mall. A lot of vehicle traffic with minimal foot traffic.
Busy during and around lunch hours.

Really 6 pieces of chicken and then when I ask for more I get 2 more Going to cafe Rio next time at least the food's fresh

I just want to say but I’ve never been to a chipotle or they treat you so horribly. The Customer service there was so horrible. When I asked the ladies about my order, they just looked at me like they didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s like they had an attitude problem with me. I felt like I was treated so horrible in there and I will never come back to this location ever again.

Fascinating, local 9010 Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85250 By rules does not do digital quesadilla at store, this place customer service yes, food is food Take care of your customer.
Reason 4 stars, forgot to put the sign on the front door or anywhere they were out of black beans???? Understand veggies go bad quickly, yet beans bag, long time.
