Absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there on vacation and just happened to stop in for a treat after visiting the aquarium. It is a little expensive, but isn't everything these days? Also it was totally worth it! We got cookie sandwiches which were big enough for two people to share, the cookies were the perfect texture and ice cream was delicious. If only it wasn't so far away. Highly recommend!

The Ice Cream is Fantastic and this is because it's "BlueBell" brand ice cream. So much rich flavor and perfect consistency! It was a great date night! The staff was nice but could have been a little more outgoing. They are known for their homemade ice cream sandwiches with whatever flavor you pick and the cookie you decide on! ? We love it! Hit the spot! ?Kid-friendliness: Tons of options for kids!

The shakes and ice cream sandwhiches were good. Ice cream sandwiches were a bit smaller than advertised. Service was good. Music was great.

Staff was great, but $11 for 1 scoop of ice cream is highway robbery. You’ll get better prices at Disneyland.

$20+ for a brownie sundae and a cookie sundae. Nothing special and they were closing at 6pm on a Friday.

Fast service, great tasting ice cream for the heat

We wanted shakes and was told the didn't have any. 1 scoop of ice cream is $7.95 !! It's Blue Bell... Not worth the price!

I recently came in on this previous Thursday and was blown away from this nice establishment. The prices were on the expensive side and it was also pretty busy but the customer service was great. They took their time to explain the menu and the different options to come across. The workers were very nice but one worker in particular went above and beyond to meet my needs. Atmosphere was very clean. Overall, it was a very good experience and would definitely recommend to others.

I hope the owner of this place realizes the employees start “closing up” 40 mins before closing, meaning they put away all the cookies and won’t make an ice cream sandwich for you. I see other reviewers say similar things. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now and stopped by at 6:20 to specifically get an ice cream sandwich. They said they put the cookies away early because if they don’t they’d be there “really late”. My sister in law had come on a previous visit and was not treated with respect and an attitude that seemed like they would rather die than serve customers. We walked out and encourage people not to patronize this place. Absolutely disappointing on a 110 degree day, although it was $10 for two cookies and Dreyer’s ice cream.

Good treats especially on a hot summer day but also super expensive ?

Stopped in for ice cream. Ordered a cookie sandwich and love it. Lots of ice cream variety with toppings to choose from. Enjoyed the visit and would recommend.

Very BUSY and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!I ordered 2 kid scoops but asked for them to be in waffle bowls. So I was charged for 2 waffle sundae! Kids wanted no topping just ice cream. Would have returned them but was waiting in a second line to pay and let the kids sit down and start.... Paid $25 for 2 kids scoops in waffle bowls!

Birthday cake cookies and carrot cake are some of my favorite sweets so I was thrilled to find them here. Service was efficient and staff was great.

My daughter and I stopped by Frozen Penguin after visiting the OdySea Aquarium. The ice cream shop is located on the second floor, right next to the OdySea Gift shop. The ice cream shop offers a wide range of ice cream from regular ice cream scoops, dippin dots, brownie sundaes, ice cream cookie sandwiches, floats, and much more! We had arrived around 11:30 and there was only one other customer inside Frozen Penguin. My daughter had selected the dippin dots chocolate ice cream and I had decided to choose the Brownie Ice Cream Sundae with Vanilla Ice cream/Caramel Sauce. It took approximately 15 minutes to prepare both. My daughter enjoyed her chocolate dippin dots ice cream. The Brownie Ice Cream Sundae was disappointing though, especially for $8.95. The Brownie was extremely hard. It was too difficult to eat and inedible. The ice cream scoop was small and the M&M' toppings were stale. It's quite expensive at Frozen Penguin. If you're visiting OdySea during the summer, it might be worth it, if you're looking for a frozen treat.
