Went here a Friday afternoon, only had a couple customers, the happy hour pricing was great, the food was great, and the service was great. I highly recommend the miso soup.

We really enjoyed our experience. Nick was absolutely great, and his music choices for our dining experience was TOP NOTCH. Food was good, and was served fast, and the atmosphere was great. Perfect way to end our Arizona vacation.

Simple menu with rolls, sashimi, nigiri and a few main dishes. It was pretty empty but I can see it being a happening place during the weekends. Great service. Food was good too. Ordered the spicy edamame, the seaweed salad (recommended), Godzilla roll, tempura udon (recommended), kontatsu ramen, lotus Chicken, and piece salmon nigiri. Came out to be around $70.

Not great, but not bad. Pretty basic menu. More akin to quick serve sushi. Prices were moderate+ in relation the quality of food. I really wanted to like it more, but the quality of the rice/rolls/flavor just wasn’t dialed.

My boyfriend and I are moving out here in the next couple months and coming from LA we wanted to try out a sushi spot. We came across a couple and seen this one had good reviews so we wanted to try it. Service is the worst. They're racist or have a problem with controlling their tables and customers. Slow service was standing waiting to be seated for 5 minutes, just to be told "sit wherever someone will be with you" To not get helped by anybody for another 5 minutes. While others came in after us and got seated with menus and waters. I'm in waitressing and bartending service. Didn't even want to try their food after. Wont be back here again but i'll take your money Thank you We went somewhere else and food and CUSTOMER SERVICE was amazing.

Weaker than most grocery store sushi, avoid. Maybe ordering outside of rolls/sashimi/nigiri would be better. The calamari was actually octopus, I think.
The food was good, the service and the place were good, but somehow the total experience was sub par. The place was empty for the entire Happy Hour and they were somehow hustling us. Also a first for me, the restaurant added a 20% gratuity to the bill (party of 6) using the full dinner prices even though our bill reflected the Happy Hour prices??

I returned half my food directly to the waitress, when she asked if my food was tasting good. I said no it's not please take this. She removed 6 out of the 12 pieces I was served. I tried to eat it because I was hungry and love sushi. I ate the miso soup because of hunger, it was ok. I went because of the high reviews but I will never go back. Worst sushi I've ever had.

I was initially reluctant to try this restaurant due to its poor online reviews, but decided to give it a chance since my partner and I were hungry and in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The patio had an overpowering odor of bleach, disinfectant, and sewage - not an appetizing smell. We opted to move inside, but soon realized the interior was not much better. Only one table was occupied and a few patrons sat at the sushi bar, yet every single table and the bar itself were filthy, with dirty plates, leftover food, and chairs askew. The staff made no effort to tidy up or seat us properly. The owner attempted to seat us in an unsanitary corner, which I politely declined. As we exited after using the restroom, the owner dramatically chased us out, scolding that "restrooms are for customers only!" His rude behavior was uncalled for, especially given the unclean state of his establishment.If mediocre sushi, unpleasant odors, poor service, and unprofessional conduct are dealbreakers, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

*This is not a review on the food*HOURS ARE NOT TRUE. Walked in on Sunday at 3:40pm and the doors were locked and the signs on the outside said they were open. Online and on their window said open from 12-10pm on Sunday. Workers inside didn't have the common decency to speak to us and tell us that they were close. Instead they threw up a number 4, which I'm guessing meant open at 4pm but have the respect to tell your possible customers that there is a mistake on the times! Very rude and unprofessional.

Tried for the first time with some friends this past weekend! Loved the atmosphere of the place. It’s very chill and laidback feeling. The food was amazing! I want to try some other rolls because they all looked so good. I couldn’t pass up the Spicy Tuna roll though! The tuna was fantastic and you must get some of the fresh wasabi!I’ll definitely be back to try some new rolls soon!
