Had the rudest drive thru woman today 9/23 around 11am. She seemed annoyed w my single question at the board then did not utter one word to me at the window . Got a scowl and my drink shoved at me. It wasn’t even busy . The dink itself was fine

Service is really bad and slow. I stood at the cashier for 10 minutes before anyone asked if I had been helped.

This location is awful. Mobile orders take upwards to 20 minutes unless they hand your order to someone else.
By far the worst Starbucks I ever been to and cashier was not a kind guy either...

I put in an order through drive through, they requested it go around to wait in the front, i received my drink, it was wrong. Why have me go wait in the front to bring me the wrong drink? This is not the first time.

I ordered a green tea lemonade. Either the tea or the lemonade was going bad 🤢. I took a sip when I was halfway home so I didn't bother turning around. Drained my $5 drink down the drain. I question their service standards now and will stay away from the 92nd St Starbucks and Starbucks won't be my first choice for refreshments. Also, the guy must have pretended to scan my phone for points, no points were added to my account for my order. Starbucks is going downhill overall. Good thing there's so many other places to go. See ya.

I just went to the drive through and ordered my usual shaken espresso. The old lady in the drive through was so rude (miriam or something like that). she kept questioning what i was ordering in a condescending tone for absolutely no reason. When I pulled up to the window, i was greeted with the same attitude and she snatched the cash out of my hand without even telling me my total. She gave me the wrong change back as well (more than what I was owed) so if the cash drawer at that starbucks is under, you’ve found your culprit.

Pretty consistent
99% sure the older ladies here in the morning refuse to give sugar cookie cold foam or something. I get the same coffee every time and get sugar cookie cold foam (and pay extra) yet they ALWAYS give me vanilla cold foam. The only time I’ve actually gotten sugar cookie was when I went in-store and watched them make it. like it is noticeable, and taste very different. If I am paying for something extra you should be doing it correctly. This is not the first time. It happens every single time I go through the drive thru. Will be complaining next time because once is okay, 7 times is NOT.
