First and last time order. The delivery order said it would take 35-45 minutes. After 70 minutes I called to ask where it was and they said they were still waiting on some cookies and that they could get it to me if I allowed a substitution for that flavor. I agreed and it still took over another 30 minutes even though I was 1.5 miles from the store. When the cookies got there they weren’t warm at all like advertised. They had seemingly been boxed almost 2 hours before when the order was placed. They tasted fine, but if i wanted basic cookies I could’ve just gone to Walmart and picked up cookies that were that good quicker and cheaper and way less headache.

Stop by ASU campus for cookies, this place is delicious.Vegan and gluten free options available.Cookies, brownies and ice cream… what more could you want!This place is hands down better than most, I will definitely be back for another round but for the brownies.The oatmeal chocolate walnut was just like something your mom would make, comfort cookie. The birthday cake was super moist and a perfect option if vegan. The salted caramel was perfect, little crisp with the caramel and still a nice soft cookie. The classic m&m was simple and good.They have classic cookies, deluxe and vegan/gluten free options so something for everyone.
I'm vegan so I got the vegan birthday cake one and oh my gosh soooo good!

The brownie was good the cookie was overrated, the ice cream was good, but its not worth the high price. The cookie is super small. Inside there are barely any tables to sit at. The staff was amazing though!
It was really good!! We got the brownie with two scoops and the cookie sandwich with two scoops!! After awhile it got too sweet but it was good!! Would definitely go back!! Plus the service was really good and that rare these days!!

Cookies were good, but I ordered a vegan gluten free one to take home to my wife, who has celiac’s disease and a dairy allergy. Cookie was not vegan or gluten free and my wife spent the whole morning throwing up etc. You have to be careful serving stuff for people with celiac or allergies.

I did an online delivery order. The 6 pack of dessert was not delivered. Grubhub took the order but then tells me insomnia does the delivery. So when I spoke to the insomnia staff member. He could care less. Apparently they dont teach good customer service or manners. Im grateful grubhub apologized and still refunded my missing items. And apologized. He even apologized for the uncaring and rude insomia cookie worker. I guess growing up in a generation that would provide good customer service, and acting like they actually care how their company is represented by their staff is a thing of the past.
