The “guy” who works morning and takes peoples orders and payments is quite possibly the rudest person Ive ever encountered in the food industry and that says a lot ! With where he works and what he looks like, he honestly cant afford having a rude personality on top of that! Management get your employees under control. I get people have bad days but wow you’re getting paid to be there and do your jobs so maybe do them correctly?

McDonald's a worldwide brand if you're in the area of South Phoenix on Central and Southern or 24c and Baseline or 19th and Baseline or 32nd Street and Broadway or if you're going more North off of 7th Street and if you go Phoenix going north the prices get cheaper but if you ever want good burgers with fries and chicken nuggets and you want deals depends if you're looking for either breakfast or dinner they got good dollar menus and they got two for fives always good deals there especially if you use the app you will get cheaper items they also got anywhere from fraps cold coffee sodas ice cream shakes and much more if you ever want burgers and fries the prices I recommend go to McDonald's if you have any further questions I ain't posted some pictures of McDonald's they're all over the area in South Phoenix if you're in the area you got a question I'm here for you guys just ask me and I wanted to answer thank you for your time have a good day and enjoy McDonald's

This is by far the most disrespectful unworthy bad customer service I have ever seen I walk in stand at front where you order your food no one is available to take or I stand there for 6 to 7 min no one ask if I need help nothing and then a girl who seen me me standing there 4 times yell from across the room can I help you with attitude so I say is there some one available to take my order mind you there is no customer in restaurant besides me and she say everyone is busy can you do it on kiosk I say I'm paying cash so I'm still going to need assistance she say no one is available this is crazy how customer service is now days

This was an unusual day where the walk in was super busy and the drive thru was empty. So, I turned around, hopped back in the truck, ordered at the drive thru and grabbed a clean table outside and shared my fries with the domesticated birds. They eat there more often than I do, lol. One bird took a fry right from my hand.

i'm a truck driver , so if google and corporate says you are open , i'mgoing to stop and get breakfast & coffebut employees dont open the door until an hour after they say is open ?wath is the deal !they supposed to open at 5am ???

Horrible, most cases will leave good reviews but it is very unacceptable that you have my doors locked during my business hours, that mean we lost money because your employees and managers want to be lazy and leave doors locked. To all to like to visit this location your on your own I will not be the one to sit around and allow this. Doors need to be open during business house and that’s a must, no exceptions

Today, I visited the McDonald’s at 1525 W Elliot Rd, Tempe, AZ 85284. I went through the drivethru around noon and was able to pull right up to the speaker without waiting for another vehicle to move forward. The menu board is in horrible need of repair as looks like it’s faded out and lit very dimly (see picture). I ordered combo #3 which was a Double Quarter Pounder and I ordered it with custom toppings. The total was $12.10. The combo came with medium fries and medium soft drink. There was three vehicles in front of me after I pulled forward. The staff moved them through quickly. The guy at the first drivethru window repeated the total and held the card reader outside the window for me to insert my card, which never left my hand. I thought this was a good way for McDonald’s to build trust through e-Security of their customers’ card information. The guy at the second window handed the food to me quickly and remembered to include napkins in the bag. When ordering custom toppings, there’s always the risk of a mistake in the kitchen, but these employees did great! The Double Quarter Pounder was fresh, hot and tasty. The French fries were hot and salted perfectly. The Coca-Cola was cold and delicious. This was a good of a McDonald’s experience as you could want to have.
