Food is okay but the service is slow. Be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your food.

Overpriced! The chicken sandwich was chewy and the flavor wasn't consistent some bites were good some were bad, they took like 10 minutes to open the window and take my order.

We tried What the Cluck and a side of tater tots. The food quality was great. The speed with which we got that food...was not great. Should a chicken sandwich and tots, with no line late in a weekday lunch hour, take 29 minutes to prepare? (Time from the printed time on my receipt to when we got the order.) Not in Chicago, where I live...and not anywhere else I've been, really. Another woman in the waiting area, while I brought this to the attention of the business, noted that "this is how it is" with Nocawich, meaning that slow service is apparently acceptable here. If I had all the time in the world--or, if I knew to order ahead and take this out after waiting a half-hour--I would recommend this place. As it is, my time is valuable, even if it's not valuable to Nocawich!!

I've never felt so violated and ripped off as I did after eating at the Nocawhich at terminal 4 in Sky Harbor Airport today. After being charged a ridiculous price of $27.44 for a bad hamburger, fries and a soda they, of course, wanted to know if I wanted to leave a tip for absolutely no serve at all. They hadn't even wipped the tables off in probably a week. I won't be eat at a Nocawhich ever again!

The woman at the register was fast smiling and a great face for your company. I can’t complain about the quality of the food.. However, one of the two cooks moved at slower than a snails pace. It was actually painful watching him. He was shoving food in his mouth the entire time with the same gloves he never changed after his fingers were literally in his mouth. It was obvious that he had smoked all the weed he had before he came to work. I took a video but was not able to upload it on this forum. If corporate would like to see this video, please let me know. The other cook could have been faster had he been out of the way.

I got the Smashed Burger, and it was exactly what I needed! The wait was just right and it is such a cute little spot. The employee I ordered from was lovely. I highly recommend!

Food was pedestrian. Service was abysmal. When you start the experience with being a burden to someone usually the rest is downhill from there. The order was wrong, not one person cared to fix it. We paid, tipped and will never come back.

I wanted to grab a quick lunch today and thought this is a fast food place but I guess it's not. It's took them almost twenty five minutes to prepared my orders. They are quite slow. They only have outdoor seating and the tables are so crowded. The cashier (pink fairy) is beautiful and friendly. The food Noca Chop Salad and Grilled Cheese with Bacon are average. The price and portion are decent. :)

I did go to nocawich for a long long time. Now they only have outdoor seating with the shade. We ordered the food at the counter and pick them up when they are ready. The sandwich here is still so good. The bread is the best!

Tried the What the Cluck Sandwich. Came out within 10 minutes! Enjoyed in the beautiful weather on the outdoor patio. Chicken was juicy and breading was tasty. The generous layer of sweet pickles thrown down between the bottom bun and chicken gave it the perfect extra crunch and the sweetness complimented the spice of the Sriracha Mayo. (Menu also has option for Honey Dijon instead!) The slaw on top was delicious as well! Well priced items make it a must to return for more.

Chicken sandwich was three star quality. Completely average, comparable to what you would expect at fast food but at a premium cost.Patio only when I went and didn't offer free water. Should be common practice to give water when you're dining in 90+ degree weather.

(Tempe location): There is no phone number to call. I don't live in Tempe, but I have driven there twice in the last couple of months (based upon a review I read in New Times, and indications on Google that they are open). Both times they have been closed when they are supposed to be open, around 12-1pm. Maybe they are closed permanently... no one seems to know, and there are zero signs on the outside of their locked-door storefront on College Ave. If they are in fact open, they will now never, ever, get a dime of my money.

Tried calling three times to place an order. No answer so we went to potbelly instead.
