The worst service I have ever experienced. We were sat it was not busy at all and we were not greeted for 30 minutes. A table that was sat was served right away and had their drinks before the waitress even came up to us.

The place had an over powering chemical smell. The Sushi rolls that were suppose to be hot where not. I asked for Suracha and was charged for literally a couple tablespoons worth. Not authentic AT ALL. Sushi was ok tasting, but I wouldn't go back a 2nd time. Definitely a place for people who don't know much about Sushi, but when you've had QUALITY Sushi before you wouldn't want to go to this place. It's very Mexi/Americanized.

Restaurant was filthy, the tables and booths were dirty and the floor was sticky. The service was so bad after waiting 20 minutes for a server who showed up and said she be right back. We ended up leaving.

January 5, 2024 - we got our receipt with the charge of $59.35, we gave the server our card immediately, and we received a receipt with a charge of $109.35 . I can tell Kevin, our waiter, felt bad about this mistake and wanted to help us with a solution. He called the manager, but he came in rude and not offered any solutions for having violated our rights and charged a $50+ difference on the card without us seeing the actual/updated receipt. All he did was raise his voice at us and ask us rhetorical questions. Once he realized other people heard him, he lowered his voice. Either way, he did not offer a solution for this mistake done by the establishment for charging an amount we didn't see prior to the charge being made.. Bad customer service from the manager. I wish he could have offered a coupon or a refund on one item. It was the least they could do.

I come here all the time I want to say after Covid things changed I went there last night with my son and my husband and we ordered sushi along with fried rice and other food. bathroom is disgusting i wish that they would put money in to make it better atmosphere and a cleaner less smelly environment. Obviously it is a bathroom but it has declined. I would say the food is less appealing and kinda just trown together. we did get food poisoning because the fried rice messed up me and my son stomach and I only know it was a fried rice, because my son is too little to have sushi but we’re in the same boat

Went for sons 16th birthday. Food was AMAZING as always had steak fried rice, steak Yakisoba and lits of sushi, service was ok. Our server was a bit harsh and non attentive to our table. We had to hunt him down for refills. Fried Tempura ice cream was delicious and the birthday song and drums were fun touch! Will definitely keep going for the food is always good!

Used to love this place. Last few times I've gone have been awful. 1. Time before last, we waited to be seated for 20 minutes until I decided to leave. No one came to ask how many of us there were, how long we would be waiting, NOTHING. The place wasn't full. I've been there plenty of times to know when I'm going to wait a while and this wasn't one of them. 2. The last time we went a waiter named Jesus was the worst. Truly, I had rarely encountered a rude waiter/tress here. But this guy just clearly didn't want to be there. 3. Not only did the food take FOREVER to come out, when it did, it was cold. One of the raw fish rolls tasted like old fish. Like it was sitting out. This place just keeps getting worse, and honestly the owners are just as bad. They don't care about what they're feeding their customers or how they're handling any situations. If they make a mistake or even find hair in your food THEY WONT CARE. No longer coming here. Last time was definitely my last.

Restaurant says they are open until 10 PM. Called at 9:30 PM to order takeout. Guy who answered the phone hung up on me. So I called back. I asked to order take out. He said "our kitchen closes at 9:15, unfortunately."So.... you are not open until 10 then. Why advertise that you're open until 10? It's not like I was trying to order 5 minutes before they close. Super annoying.

We came in for takeout, and couldn't believe how cheap the sushi/roll prices were. The 4 rolls we ordered ($26.00 total) were tiny, only 4 sections each, but tasted really fresh and flavorful. Personally, I like my rolls better with less rice. I would suggest if you want bigger rolls, order two or three each of your favorites. It would be equivalent to ordering bigger more expensive rolls elsewhere.
