Veronica was so nice, I have dysphagia after a recent surgery and she was able to give me egg salad in a cup instead of on bread!!! They forgot the tomato’s I asked for which is no big deal because I know if I had said something about it they would have corrected it right away. Thank you for your kindness and patience

Such a shame Baggins changed their delicious bread from the dark bread to some light oat type. Their dark yummy bread made their High Baggins sandwich! I tried to be open-minded, but I couldn’t even stomach the new bread. It is gross and changed the entire taste of the sandwich. My guess is it’s cheaper. So much for our weekly visit!

I normally love Baggins. The food is great. Portions are fantastic. But whoever they've hired recently has ruined my experience here. If the ambiguous person wearing the pride dog tags is running the register, be prepared for the worse customer experience you've ever had. Despite repeating our order multiple times, we were still shorted a drink and a side. When we pointed this out, instead of just giving us the product we'd already paid for, they insisted on charging us again. I'm sorry, but nearly $4 for a soda is insane. Add another $2.50 for a bag of chips and we're talking robbery. Will not be coming back.

It's been a long time since I've been in. BLT sandwich was great. Bread so soft. Quick service and place wasn't too busy so I was able to eat at a comfortable pace. Saw a friend who I hadn't seen in a while too. Great experience.

Ordered the Cowboy and veggie sandwich I’m disappointed, I ordered the veggie sandwich was not what I remember from past, at All! It starts with bread, totally fell apart, didn’t seem to fresh. Cucumbers well, quality just doesn’t seem right, for Baggins. I was so looking forward to a great Sandwich. Like the kind you pay $28 for, 2 sandwiches only.

Ordered a veggie sandwich via the app on 1/4/24 for a 5:25 pm pickup after a long work shift. Sadly, the Orange Grove and Oracle location was understaffed, causing delays. When I finally got my order, it was a bacon-filled disaster, not the veggie delight I expected. The manager,offered a refund, but I had to drive back for the correct sandwich. I used to avoid Baggins due to past issues, but gave it another shot. Regretfully, it seems service and order accuracy haven't improved. Consider hiring more staff or enhancing order verification.Dietary restrictions: Ordered a vegetarian sandwich got a sandwich filled with bacon

Had the chicken salad salad: a mixed greens salad with a generous portion of chicken salad, enough for leftovers to serve as dinner the same night. Very flavorful; the raspberry (?) vinaigrette added just the right amount of extra piquancy.

The “manager” Melissa at this location is very rude and abrasive. Always gets orders wrongs and then makes up excuses and becomes hostile. Go to oro valley if you want actual service. Melissa needs management training or this location will go

Barely there definitely unforgettable..very little turkey to much mayo exchanged for cheesecake was like sloppyjoe mix horrible ?. Expensive
They had multiple roaches when my partner and I went in. We walked out after seeing them.

Placed online order and was missing half of my food. I placed an online order to help a small business not through door dash. The manager argued with me and was going to charge me. I had to open my phone and show the order. On top of that I saw an employee eat food, pick his nose then go back to work.

I didn’t realize me walking in a whole thirty minutes before 5 and saying hello politely was enough for me to be glared at by a staff member and and get completely ignored by both staff and the manager sitting in the empty lobby. Even working at McDonald’s they’re trained not to do that & to have basic customer service but thanks guys you’re doing great! ;)

Any time that I travel to Tucson, my first stop is always Baggin's. Like the name says, the Unforgettable is something that I can't stop thinking about, and don't overlook the side salads - they are delicious as well. There are so many things that I would love to try on the menu, but I never get past my favorite - it is that good :) The complimentary cookie is always a nice touch, and the spiced ice tea is addictive.Unfortunately, this location didn't seem to have the attention to detail as other locations do. Even though there was only one other person in the store, it took awhile to get someone's attention to take my order. The store also had an off-putting smell to it, so I took my sandwich and ate it in the car. Please come to Texas so I can have my favorite sandwich more often!
