Such a gem. So glad I found this place, which is the original, vs eating at the pathetic breakfast at the hotel.

What an incredible breakfast! Brisket Caramelo (quesadilla). The Yosemite Sam Bloody Mary was da Bomb. Thick Chipotle Jalepeno Bacon is amazing. If you're a Vegan why would you even come here and leave a stupid review?

Some of the best food in Tucson can be found at Baja Cafe. We so much enjoyed the rich flavors of smoked pork belly, green chile and eggs for our breakfast. The service was top-notch and prices were reasonable. We did not have to wait too long for a table on a busy Saturday morning. We will return.

Love the food here! Service is good and staff is friendly. It's a bit tight with seating, but the food is worth it.

This was the best meal we’ve enjoyed on our western states road trip. The waiter was super helpful and knowledgeable about the extensive menu.We had three different dishes and all the food was great! The snickerdoodle pancake was closer to a dessert than a bread mealThe King Kong special was perfect! The dishes were large and we couldn’t eat it allThe price was average for similar restaurantsIt’s a popular restaurant. We were seated immediately but by the time we finished, there was a line waiting to be seated.

Amazing food! The Liege waffles in particular are so freaking good. Gotta get there early though as they run out quick.
