This place never has boba and said they cant make any cause it takes 2 hours ? And we were standing in front of workers for a good 10 minutes before they even acknowledged us. I believe they were having issues with the system but they could have said something??

Don't order the fluff. Looks nasty and tastes excessively sweet. The texture of the entire thing was unpleasant at best. I couldn't take bear to take a picture of it.I usually visit the other location for their Avocado Snow. I was feeling adventurous after watching a broadway show, should've stuck to my favorite order or went to the other location instead. The staff at this location is too preoccupied with their phones and social media. There was no one else when we went in but I still had to wait 15 minutes.

Not sure if maybe a new person made my drink or a change in the recipe but my usual order was a little more watered down/less milk and less sweet than I remembered and I’ve been intermittently going here and ordered the same since 2016. Other than that the milk teas here are good!
