First time at this location. I generally enjoy BBC but this time the meats were undercooked, the middle of the sausage patty was raw. The potatoes were also overcooked and black on the outside. Will likely avoid this location. Potato cakes where decent and other locations they are awesome.

This used to be our go-to place but new staff changed that. We were never turned down for bringing my husband’s service dog in (Vietnam Veteran). Then they hired a woman with a ring in her nose. She refused us. We gave it another try and asked to sit outside at a sunny table because it was chilly and blood thinners make you colder. We were told there was no server for the table. We were seated at a very cold table. Literally 90 seconds later, the woman with the nose ring seated another couple at that table we asked for. Needless to say, we will not go back.

I order a harvest omelette, which is just under $14, and the waitress asks me do you want cheese on your hash browns? I say sure, why not. Well the why not is that to put 25 cents worth of cheese and onions on your hash browns cost $4. I had no idea until the check arrives and the harvest omelette is 17.95. I guess it's our responsibility to ask about up charges, so buyer beware on that one. Otherwise I always enjoy the breakfast club, in all it's different locations.
