Finally got the prime rib. It was pretty good. But the ends we're tough. Au jus was good. Just a little disappointed in the potatoes. Should have gotten mashed. 15.99 for the dinner includes 2 sides and a cornbread.
Customer service is not good. Food is good. When you eat in, there is not ketchup provided. And if you drink tea or coffee n need to sweeten it either you have to use the regular sugar or if need low sugar you have they only have equal. No splenda or sweet/low. I usually take that with me. Also they do not offer senior discount. You have to ask for it. They say that they do not want to offend anybody (?) I only tried this once last year and that was for Thanksgiving. It wasn't too bad but I was expecting better. Of course everything was clean and all but I had ham and the flavor was just not there. My son had turkey and it was a little better but everything was so not homemade. And I thought this what they were famous for maybe I was wrong.
