Came inside to make a To go order. I waited at the front for 3 minutes and they took the order of 3 drive thru cars that came in after me. I waited 12 minutes for my food. Please stop prioritizing drive thru. First come. First Serve.

When coming in around 6-7 it was very busy. I assumed everyone would be exhausted and rude but upon talking to someone named aaron they were very kind and understanding of my needs to get fried zucchini. I highly recommend going to carl’s jr. Thank you Aaron for making my experience better.

First time back to Carl's Jr after a bad experience almost like 20 years ago.....Nice restaurant. Good burgers. Love the Criss cut fries. The employees are nice and friendly, Paola was very nice and friendly as she helped me with my order.

I went to the Carl’s junior in Rita Ranch off of Houghton and we go in there probably once a week and there’s just one employee. I don’t know if she’s a manager or not but she has got to be one of the hardest, working women I’ve seen in a long time. Her name is PAOLA. She gives great customer service always seems very happy. Always Willing to help her coworkers as well just from a customers perspective she’s a very, very hard and great workerDietary restrictions: I don’t really have any dietary restrictions however, I noticed the menu has smaller portions for older people and they have vegetarian optionsParking: Well, it’s a small little area to park for Carl’s junior, but there’s a huge parking lot right there. Plenty plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They always have something in there for my grandkids, and they’re always very friendly to my grandchildrenWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible very easy to access
