This is my review from chatime. Chatime is a very good spot to hang out and play board games. Although there tea of the week and a coffee milk tea. This was my first time there and it's the best place to have Boba. Thank You Chatime!

I've tried this place multiple times over the years but was never very impressed. One time I even got a milk tea that was so diluted and flavorless that it tasted like it was made with instant milk tea powder. However, seeing that they're under new management, I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The vibe is very cute and friendly inside with TVs playing music, cute plushies, a couch, games, and a variety of sweets to go with your drink. The cashier/barista was very friendly and informative as to which drinks she recommended and what topping was good in the drink I chose. I chose the Creme Brulee Milk Tea, 75% sweet with regular boba. The tea flavor was very good, and the drink was creamy and definitely like the dessert it was named after. The boba was also quite good - chewy and not too soft or hard. I am very happy Chatime has improved because Tucson's boba scene has been seriously lacking and it's finally getting better!

Love it! So much on the menu to choose from! The place is so cute. Make your bubble tea as sweet or light as you want! Plus get a treat and play games too! My new weekend destination!

Amazing selection and price! I come here often with my friend who isn't isn't big tea fan and they love the slushes here as much as I love the tea. Nice, cozy place to study or hangout with friends and play the board games they have.

Great slush options, comfortable cozy place for tea, slush, snacks (macarons) and games. Come alone to chill or with some friends and play games and enjoy the comfortable seating. Play jenga, card and board games. Try the tea of the week, honeydew and passionfruit slush if you love fruit slushies. Milk teas are delicious. You can choose your sweetness level here and your iciness. Come visit, it is very affordable and just next door to a really good Chinese restaurant and churro place too.

A nice little boba shop with a variety of treats to choose from. It's not too far of a walk, so I usually stop by about once a week or so. I highly recommend the ice cream bites. They're so good!

Giving two starts because the drinks are good but the customer service is absolutely one of the worst. You can go in there and wait 30 minutes for a drink because they only have one person working and that's pretty much the norm. If you fill out the survey they send you with the receipt don't bother filling it out they just don't care. If you want excellent drinks and customer service go to NI HAO they don't have as much variety but the service and owner are amazing.

I ordered through door dash they were out of popping boba and couldnt reach me and adjusted the drink to include extra rainbow jelly and wrote a note letting me know what happened and everything was delicious (butterfly tea with rainbow jelly, crème brulée with cheese foam, tiramisu and crème brulée macaroon) I cant tell you how good it is you will have to and see for yourself you wont regret it.
