Most chipotle locations are great but this one is not managed well. I ordered a burrito bowl with white rice. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. When I asked for it to be fixed all they did was give me another bowl with just brown rice, which was more cooked than the white rice but still undercooked. It’s ok to make mistakes but I would have liked for my bowl to be fully replaced with what I asked for since transferring my food to the bowl of white rice to the bowl of brown was a hassle (they didn’t do it for me even). Also there was no compensation. And they didn’t make my friend a big quesadilla. I don’t usually complain but that was no bueno :(

The portion sizes they give for the protein (chicken, steak, etc) are way too small. Not enough value for the amount of protein in the burritos and bowls.

Got there near closing and had to wait for barbico to cook about a 45 min wait then young lady helping me that was helping me tossed the three bowls I was ordering on counter behind her after letting her know I'd wait for the meat to cook as the beans and rice got
