Just had cocktails at the Hotel Congress Tap Room Bar next to The Cup and sat outside--lovely, fun, relaxing yet energizing environment. The interior had an appealingly dive bar vibe without being creepy.A great place for a nightcap!I personally wasn't a huge fan of the DJ/music but it wasn't too intrusive and we could still converse

Food was great, drinks were very subpar. Both times that I’ve been to Cup Cafe, the service was TERRIBLE & we rarely ever saw our waitress. We were never checked up on & also received bad attitudes from our waitress both times. Probably wouldn’t return.

Solid place inside the Hotel Congress to get a meal or drink. Prices are a little on the high side likely due to location and history. That said, worth a stop if you are in Tucson.Service and atmosphere are excellent!

Stopped here during our vacation to Tucson and would go back everyday if I didn’t live in New York!!! The food was amazing, and the service was fantastic. We came with a group of 9 and they sat us quickly. While we waited, we enjoyed mimosas at the bar, absolutely delish!! Highly recommend!

Food service and atmosphere are always incredible at the Cup cafe. The Braveheart and the baked eggs on the breakfast menu are two of my favorite items. And you can't go wrong with that dessert carousel. ????

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite looking forward to dining on the patio with my dog, it was closed due to an impending rain. The hostess was incredibly rude and failed to inform us about needing to get on the list, especially considering my parents are seniors. This lack of communication and unfriendly service significantly detracted from our overall experience.

Love the baked eggs here. I eat them despite my lactose intolerance. Worth

Located in the Congress Hotel, this restaurant exudes a historical vibe that adds to its charm. It’s an excellent spot for brunch with friends, offering both great service and delicious food. The portions are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money. I ordered the ‘Braveheart,’ and if was a satisfying meal.

The Cup is always on on our list of favorite places to show off Tucson to guests, especially the foodie friends. The cocktail list is notable, creative. It was hard to choose among the offerings. The gin&tonic with saffron syrup was a standout! The pumpkin soup was a bit spicy for some tastes. Entrees -- smoky ribs and an osso buco -- stopped conversation at our table. Succulent, done to perfection. We continued our tradition of sharing slices of coconut cream pie, although any of the desserts would have satisfied the sweet tooth. We are proud to show off The Cup Cafe!
