Ordered the new oreo hot chocolate blizzard but was given a plain oreo blizzard. My interaction with the cashier seemed like he was annoyed even though it was about 40min before closing.

Ordered to simple cones and the ice cream was so soft that it was dripping before I cleared the drive through. Unacceptable, plain & simple. But obviously the team didn't care. By the time I made it to Wilmot I had an absolute mess. Thanks

The kid at the drive thru answered his personal phone at the window, he had hot Cheetoh stained fingers, didn’t put any ingredients in the blizzards, and said NOTHING after handing us the ice cream, don’t know his name but he had a black hair in a bowl cut and a “mustache”

We LOVE DQ - we go to the one near 22nd and craycroft daily.. would give 5 stars except a all of the sizes at this location are smaller and cost more. I understand stores are independently owned and with the prices already being high, it's annoying that the product continues to be reduced. Especially because for the 3rd time in the last 6 months, prices on some of the items we get just went up.. AGAIN.
