Alright… my boyfriend and I just went this morning and there must be this new older older lady working… constantly over sexualizing him, saw me in the car and still did so, it’s just gross. Already called their head quarters to just to get some direction on what to do, it made him uncomfortable, and me a little pissed because I can tell it was just a vindictive act. She was being overly sexual too with her tone and groaning about, making your customers uncomfortable isn’t cute, I get you gotta be nice and play a part but this lady belong to the damn raiders reef if she’s gonna be like that. I don’t know her name other than the fact she is obviously old probably 67, so just old ??? lord help her.

I ordered a LG Golden eagle blended with extra Carmel drizzle all over the cup, the lady who took my order was in a rush and extremely rude and not willing to help. She had green short hair not sure what her name was. But after I ordered my drink I asked her if I could give her my number to put in for point I gave her the number and she put it in wrong but wasn’t even going to ask me to repeat the number or even tell me it didn’t work I had to ask her did it work twice and I don’t even think it worked the 2nd time for her because I didn’t get any points from that order. I always go to the one on swan and grant because it’s close to my parents house but today I wasn’t over there I was at home and decided to try this new one off golflinks and yeah I should of just went for the drive!

My favorite outing with my granddaughter. We have so much for exploring the menu in the morning before going and trying something yummy and new. The employees are always super nice and seem genuinely happy! Always a great vibe.

Finally stopped for my birthday drink. The Broistas were extremely helpful, and their smiles actually brightened my day.
My drink tasted off but after a 20min wait and a drive thru line out to the street I wasn't going to bother them to remake

I've left Starbucks for Dutch Bros... their service has always been good for me and the broistas are nice. I've never had a bad experience and I've been to 3 different locations. They are actually helpful and were patient with me because I was overwhelmed on how to order correctly, etc.They're drinks tastes soo good, I think there is something for everyone. I began to eat healthier and not drink all my calories and they have an assortment of sugar free options I can order- my son likes sweets and so their Frosts seem like dessert, my daughter loves all their flavored teas, and hubby likes their energy drinks/coffee options. It's a very chill atmosphere and even the lines can be long depending on the time of day you go, my waiting is not long in my opinion.
