The customer service might have been the best I've had out of all Eegees I've been to over the years. It's a tiny little eegees... Doesn't look like much from the outside. Whoever the guy was who worked at the counter on 6/16/23 is great. Everyone who walked in was genuinely greeted. He was quick and efficient while being friendly and very personable.

Fries are always on point here. I wish the employee asked if I wanted ranch once, but they give me it when I do ask. I've never had a problem with my order. It sucks that I have to turn off my car for them to hear me place my order at the box, but they are fast and decent people.. still love the iced tea-gee!

Coming from Michigan, we don't have eggee's, but I was introduced to it by family and friends, and I'm so glad they did! I love the Skinny Berry and the many other flavors offered. My grandson always wants to try the Flavor of the Month, so who am I to refuse?!? Lol! They also have the best fries!!! ? The staff is friendly and patient, and the customers were friendly too! Even met someone else from MI there!

Marco, the GM, was SO helpful in assisting me find a receipt from over 2 weeks ago. He was so kind and didn't make me feel like a bother. He even e-mailed it to me so I didn't have to drive down to pick it up. As someone who is also in the customer service industry, I was very impressed with his level of service.

So I ordered the Buffalo chicken covered chicken tenders. THEY JUST GAVE ME THE SAUCE. If your employees listened better I wouldn’t be making this review. Not to mention, why the hell did you take away the cheese pretzel. It was the best thing there ?♂️

This Eegee's in my opinion is one place I would not recommend for anything. They continually get the orders wrong and when you ask that your sandwich or your ergees be corrected they act as if you have a an foot where your nose should be a stinky foot at that lol. I'm sorry to say that while I am a fan of Eegee's if this was the only one I wouldn't go here. I do not recommend this Eegee's location. I do recommend the other Eegee's locations.Parking: The number of parking slots here is very limited and the wheelchair accessibility is almost not accessible. I wouldn't recommend wheel chair accessibility parking here or any really. Very small parking lot few spaces and overall small size and odd shape makes for frustrating parking. Making the drive thru more desirable.

We stopped by at lunch for some ranch fries. They were good. The cashier seemed irritated and overworked as it was lunch and she seemed to be the only person working the counter and drive-thru. The fries took a minute but the person who served them to us was super friendly and helpful.I didn't know that ranch fries were so cheap! I'm definitely going to start getting them more often. My friend turned me on to the Buffalo Ranch on my Ranch Fries.It was delicious.

Flavor of the month: Raspberry & Lemonade - first time having this drink and it reminded me of Rita's Water Ice, but a lot thicker to consume. Didn't eat anything but I will definitely have to check out their sandwiches the next time I find myself in AZ.
This was my favorite place to go when I was in college (early 80's) I always make a point of going there when in Arizona. Glad they've expanded to Phoenix. Everyone needs an "eege's"

It tasted like an artificial orange and had some tiny sandy/pulpy texture when you eat with a spoon. SO had a sugar crash halfway through the day and we got through only about half the drink between the two of usAmbience: n/a - ordered food to go. Brightly lit space in this fast food restaurant. I had a great experience at Eegee's #7 a few days ago. The food never disappoints, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was perfect. As for the managers and staff, they were very nice, as well as professional. They took my order right away, and delivered my food very quickly. The managers were What more could I have asked for! I loved the great service, which is kind of rare these days. Oh, and I tried the Eegee's of the month, which was Pineapple, and fell in love with that too!
