I don't know what happened but this is the worst bagel I ever got from Einstein bagels. I could have used it as a hockey puck. Not edible...So sad.Service was good.
Nothing we got was any better than something I'd made myself at home. The bagels were fresh but didn't stand out in any way. The interior was uncomfortable, besides the fact that it wasn't very clear, the layout was cheap and clumsy, not well thought out. Finally, the employees seemed to be much more interested in talking among themselves than serving customers. Definitely not a good first impression.
