This is the best Filiberto’s location. The employees are always sweet. The food is always served fresh and hot. The drive thru is quick. I live across the street so I frequent this location. I went to another Filiberto’s location the other day and the food wasn’t hot or fresh, the drive thru took forever.. that’s how you know this location is ran by good people ?

The food is alright. Main concern is that for a TINY scoop of guacamole to be added to a small burrito, is an extra $2.55 just for that.It's honestly really stupid. I understand if a small scoop is like 50 cents or a dollar, but anything over that is ridiculous.I loved coming here and adding guacamole to my normal burrito but normally wouldn't make too much of a price difference, but this is definitely not right.I'm not coming here if they charge me for that.

As I finished placing my order in drive-thru, my daughter (who was working) texted me her order. When I got to window I asked lady if I could add another burrito. She coldly said, “Next time order at the window”. Who intentionally waits to order more at the window?? Then another lady walking past tells her in Spanish, “She speaks Spanish.” (In other words warning lady at window that I speak Spanish. Horrible customer service; very unprofessional.
