We ordered DoorDash for dinner this evening and decided on Freddy’s (use to be our favorite spot). Upon opening our food up we found a live cockroach in the drink carrier box. I called the location and asked for a refund considering we won’t be even touching the food. Not ONE apology was given and in fact the gentleman I spoke to seemed to not care in the slightest. We won’t be back to this location as business owners ourselves we were frustrated for the lack of compassion we would never treat our customers this way! Do better Freddy’s.

My mom and I went to Freddy's, I have been here before and I was satisfied. Now I came again, the burgers we yummy but it was kinda dirty, I got the app for a free concrete and my god it was amazing, the dirt n worms were great. Overall I would recommend the dirt n worms concrete.

Well, I guess if you don't want the pickles and mustard, then they take that as meaning you want NOTHING on your sandwich. No lettuce, tomatoes, sauce...anything. For over 8 bucks...not quite worth it.

OR the attitude from the pregnant lady at drive THRU window ... ....... ...?????THEN TO BE TOLD THEY ARE OUTof pickles to top it off WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRANor did they disclose that my BURGER WOULDN'T HAVE NON ON IT OH MY !!!THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE

General Manager is completely unprofessional, I mean that’s when she’s actually in the building. I’ve never met a manager that spent less time In their store. The general manager also gets threatened when you know even slightly more information than she does. Overall and completely unprofessional environment, drama filled and overall not worth your stress. Don’t waste your money either, they raised the prices again. ??

It's a really good set up, decorated well, comfortable. Tables were not clean and bathroom had not been cleaned from previous day. Service was good. Helpful in selection custom sundae toppings. Friendly. The food came pretty fast. California double was good, the cheese was good the whole thing had a really good taste. Ice cream sundae good! Chocolate custard good.Fries were good. Had perfect amount of salt. As good as in and out! Veggie burger was good. Good music at a good volume.
