Food was okay. We ordered wings. The service was okay, not great. It wasn't too busy, the service should have been better.
Most bars do not charge for soda water when ordering a whiskey. Hooters takes this insult to a new level, not only do they charge for soda water, they charge for the refills. Nearly $3 for each glass of soda water. Completely unacceptable. The food is mediocre on a good day and the service though attentive is disingenuous at best. Not only would I not consider patronizing this establishment, I find myself discouraging others from doing so. Rarely do I find myself writing such a scathing review for any food proprietor, but I unfortunately this establishment is quite deserving of it.
Right at the open on Labor Day. Bright smiling faces. They ask customers to sanitize as they come in the door. I ordered a pitcher of Sangria that came out with the perfect blend of fruit, none. Husband got a nice lager draft. Huge waters to go with....thanks for thinking of me Jillian. The food, service and atmosphere were Great!
Terrible service. The greeter seated me, but I never got any service. The waitresses walked past me for more than 20 minutes without asking for my drink or food order. I finally left and had a much better experience at Yard House.
Good service today, girls handled everything quickly.
Worst takeout ever from Hooters. Ordered three separate flavors of 10 wings each. All wings horribly small and no sauce. No dipping sauce for fried pickles. All for the great price of $56.00! Ugggggg
Cymantha is the only reason my group comes in. We would probably be daily customers if she was tending bar!
What can I say that hasn't been already? The food is great especially the philly cheesesteak sandwich. Cymantha and Ashlee were absolutely delightful and makes returning a must.
What can I say, I've never had a disappointing meal @ Hooters. If you fry my wings fresh and cooked to order im a Happy camper!.... only thing is I wish they had more shirt sizes available so I could have brought my BF bak a shirt. But due to covid they had shortages. Understandable.
The food here is on point! Everything I've had has been great. Service is always above average. Good place to have a couple of beers, a bite to eat, and watch a game.
The only reason for 4 and not 5 is because the restaurant was pretty messy other than that fast service great waitress even made an accommodation because our party was bigger than expected. The floors/tables are pretty messy tho make sure you either sit at the bar or make sure to get a clean table.
The food was yummy, the staff was nice, and since I don't like 'curly fries' their fries that are curly were perfect for my pallette.
Pros: came in on a weekend during lunch hour. Received decent service, cold beer & fresh hot food! Tons of tvs. Con: if you've been a long time costumer of hooters, this particular location is a little different. The ambiance inside is more like a cafeteria or nice chow hall. I was surprised by the servers, they were mostly very petite. This location seems to be the most family friendly hooters I've ever been to. Not necessarily a huge con but let's be honest, this is what hooters is known for.
Love this place, so happy they opened. Always had the absolute best experience with all the girls and always the best food. The pina coladas are to die for!
Service very good & staff ? got to go back..mmm
