The food there was a total flop, and almost everything on their menu was from other Japanese restaurants around the city. Stealing is a total disgrace and not acceptable to do. Their food tasted like a total copy of the other restaurants except flavorless the noodles were disgustingly soggy, and the soup/broth tasted like dog water. I've been to so many ramen places in Japan, and the convenience stores there taste better. The restrooms weren't cleaned properly and the feces stench could be smelled from the tables. As for service, the staff were on their phones 24/7. A restaurant is a place to enjoy the food as customers, and a place to serve food as the staff. Not slack off and play games on your phone. And even when it was not busy at all, the food took about 30 minutes. I know for a fact that any ramen place you find won't take that long unless it's extremely busy. Heck, in Japan, if you go to those traditional ramen shops on a busy street, they will serve you their food in less than 10 minutes.
expensive fast food. the website claims they offer GF but nothing on the menu & staff

The service was welcoming and professional. The menu had a lot of options ( Pictures attach) and the restaurant was clean. I got the ramen with shrimp and I was very please. I will encourage people to try this restaurant and I will be returning.Parking: This is down town Tucson is hard to find parking.

Fantastic place for ramen. Couple other things on the menu now that aren't too bad, either! In the regular "fast casual" restaurant rotation for me when the mood strikes.

This place was delicious! We had the ramen, and let me tell you I’ve been to Japan and this is very similar to what Japanese ramen taste like ?? my favorite thing is they have pictures for the menu which is SUPER helpful.
I loved this place. Tonight was quite subpar. It took almost 40 min to get a spicy veggie ramen with extra noodles. It wasn’t even busy. They attempted to serve me chicken ramen, twice! I’m vegan. I gave Jr. (manager at the time) a chance to make good by a refund or make a free veggie ramen bowl. He did the whole stupid line of questioning, “But did we correct your food and did you eat it?” Of course I ate it after it took you and your team two times to get it right! I was hungry! :/Dietary restrictions: Vegan

Loved it when it was only Ramen and now they do curry?! I was absolutely pleased with my meal. Got the 1 for spice as I am not a spice fan. Just the smallest amount of heat, was perfect.I would fight a large animal for more of the takoyaki. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 my favorite menu item.

As a pescatarian, I was told that the only broth that was pescatarian friendly was the veggie, but I didn't want a tofu cabbage ramen. Would be nice if they had a dashi broth or pescatarian geared ramen. Well, the first time I went they were happy to sub veggie broth in the dumpling ramen, and it was really good! The second time I went I got a different cashier who refused to make substitutions - instead she said I should pay to add items to the tofu ramen. Now I worked in a ramen cart before, and currently work in a restaurant, and based on my previous experience here I also know it would not have been hard to sub the broth -especially if they can add other items. The arbitrary service is irritating, because I wouldn't have come back if I knew I couldn't get any ramen. They need to have more pescatarian options honestly, or a build your own bowl option.Dietary restrictions: No pescatarian ramen options. Only one geared towards vegans.

Solid counter service ramen joint. I had the spicy tonkotsu. The broth was flavorful, pork was tender and well seasoned, and the topping complimented the dish well. Shumai was a tad greasy
