I came in when it was not busy at all only one other person ahead of me and it still took forever and my food was wrong and also COLD. If it wasn’t one thing after another with this location from breakfast to dinner the service and food has been the worst I honestly can say I’ve never done a review before like this and will never return to this location again and perhaps jack in the box in general with the lack of service and quality in food, shame on me for giving them that many opportunities.

3/21/24 visited went thru the drive thru. they repeated my order at least 3x and when I got home it wasn't what I ordered. do you know how frustrating that is ? I called to let them know they didn't even bother to offer a complimentary replacement. very disappointed

First the drive thru was open, second, the drive thru screen worked so I could see the no sauce part of my order, and they were taking orders, which I was happy to see, as a lot of these jack in the boxes have the sign on with workers playing on their phones, and not taking orders, saying the computer was down, so many of them and every day, give me a break. It must be nice to get paid whiteout working, but my order came out pretty quick, and it was correct.

I dislike going to this location. They don't greet or acknowledge you until they have to take your order. They don't have basic customer service skills like "Hi. Give me a few minutes and I'll take your order shortly" or "Welcome to Jack in the Box. I'll be with you shortly".Instead they go about their work day helping those in the drive through first and keep people in the lobby waiting a long time (usually more than 9 minute wait) on a slow lobby day! Meaning, I was the only one there. It's insane. I've seen efficient work establishments, unfortunately, this is not one of them.I say this to help the management team or HR or to get the owner's attention, but every time I go in to order something, I see how "disjointed" they operate as a team. It's a bit sad to see how much room for improvement there can be but isn't.Currently, they're not a "well oiled machine". They need a good trainer from a top performing franchise location to see what a fast and effective culture looks like, how to treat customers, and manage orders priority. I say this to help. I'm sure this could help their revenue numbers and drive down wait time in the drive-through and in-lobby significantly. I won't leave any other feedback on your website just this one.

I do not like the eggrolls here. they remind me of my possibly man-loving grandfather who passed in a freak motorcycle accident and left my cousin in shambles. Linked up w a freaky girl here holy moly that day was crazy! My cousin is now jealous of me. He can rot.

Every time I come here even if I'm the only car it's always this long wait in comparison to the locations on Campbell and river ,workers make you wait at the ordering portion in drive thru only to respond 7 to 10 minutes later making you waste your time on just that alone this could've been a great location but poor management under the thumb of a care free owner tell you they just don't care it's been 3 years I've been living here and today I'm finally done .

If I could not put a rating I would. This location is always denying drive thru orders from 10pm- 5am and only accepting DoorDash orders which is trash because it’s a 24 hour location. The lobby is always closed even within them being fully staffed. They park cars for small orders and the employees are rude.

Slow, management is terrible. ( madaline ). Wait times are over 15 minutes within lobby yet they have 6 plus employees working ( most checking there phones ). Curly fries are cold even after the long wait. I feel its unacceptable.
