First of all the drive thru employees were having a hard time getting my order correct. When I pulled to the window to make sure they had my correct order the worker said “we couldn't understand you the way you were talkingâ€. Like proper English is hard to understand?. When I got home my order was all wrong. The 2 ultimate bacon cheeseburgers I ordered were without bacon and not as ordered( one with mayo only). The meat was cold and dry. If I'm paying $6 for a burger I expect it to be fresh and hot. The only thing hot was the mess that these employees are. I'll be calling the district office in the morning to complain.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered the order of 2 tacos for a buck something. I had asked for them to be made fresh because I had previously gotten some old nasty ones. Once I got to the window I paid and got my food, but made the mistake of not checking it. I had gotten old nasty tacos once again. I would appreciate if your employees would take initiative and actually do their jobs.

Jack in the Box was amazing when I was younger!!!! I will not be eating there anymore!! Look at this $8.00 meal deal and it looks and taste horrible.. jack and the box has went down hill quick

We stopped on our way to Tucson for a quick bite. Should've kept driving. Disorganized, customers complaining (should've been our first clue), gross restrooms, messy dining room. I ordered the chicken club salad, grilled. Sandwich? Fries with that? No, salad. Oh. We got that figured out and about 12 minutes later our food was ready. Wrong dressing and no plastic knife to cut the large slab of chicken perched on the salad. Uh, we're out of knives. Ever try to cut a piece of chicken with two plastic forks?

I came through the drive through today, placed my order and then in the background i hear an employee tell the one i was speaking to "ask if he wants mashed potatoes". The employee then asks me "Do you want mashed potatoes". I said no. Then he replied "oh are you sure you don't want mashed potatoes" i replied "No man i don't want mashed potatoes" then he said again "i though that you said that you wanted them"... ????? Like what the hell kind of stupid kids do yall have working here? needless to say what i replied with wasent too friendly and i just decided to leave. I won't go to this location anymore, and reported this to the "Team Leader" and will report it to corporate tomorrow. Ridiculous service. On top of everything you can hear them laughing in the background. I don't expect a lot from cheap fast food, but come on, i don't have time for little BS games.

Waited 45 min for two burgers and fries. Many others also waited for their orders. Management dismissed the cook from work. Berated him continuously and loudly in his absence while yelling at the rest of the staff. Most of that staff had arrived after she dismissed the cook. It was uncomfortable as a customer to see the failure across all levels of the staff. To their credit, they did offer me two free meals on a return visit. I won't return. As a note, the front counter staff remained calm and polite throughout my visit. The lobby, counters, soda dispensers, and dining areas were all clean and neat.

Visited this location @ 10p on Sat Mar 31 and our visit was exceptional, the workers were helpful, we dinned in it was a very clean dining room. Great service, great staff, great location.

I KNOW IT'S FAST FOOD.... I'm actually reviewing the customer service I received over Easter Sunday. I have to give a shout out to Justin, the cashier who took our order at the drive thru. He was friendly, and enthusiastic at his job. Its refreshing to see a fast food worker who isnt disgruntled or sloppy in appearance. I ordered a chicken fajita pita and this thing was overstuffed. Usually when i order this pita its half empty. At this place it was overstuffed. It will definitely tie me over for our Easter Dinner at 4. THANK YOU, JUSTIN. Keep up the good attitude and i hope you get a raise soon!!!
They were slammed and a new gentleman was training and things were not as smooth as they should've been however, they all kept their composure which was nice to see. They were all working together making sure the orders were pushed out as fast as they could without getting things wrong. The dining area was clean and the trash had been taken out, bathrooms weren't terrible considering they're attached to a shell gas station.

I had to walk to the other side of the freeway with three drinks and three paper bags of food. I asked if they had a drink carrier or a bag with handles but they didn' t. The guy taking orders at the drive through came out and asked if I wanted his help carrying everything out. I explained I was walking and said I would go the the convenience store they were attached to and ask for a bag. Before I could get over there the girl who had taken my order went and got me a bag. While I was asking if they had a drink carrier she went back and started putting my food and drinks in the bag. These employees went above and beyond what they had to in order to help me. I will absolutely go there again.

I did not mind the long wait for my food but first after leaving the drive thru, I check my bag an item was missing so I sent my husband in to get it. The employee was extremely rude.
