I have been going to this location for years. Recently I have had trouble getting an online order that is complete or correct. I even called after ordering spoke to an " assistant manager", let them know I've had trouble with my last 4 orders and if they could double check my order. It wasn't done. They substituted my pancakes with French toast sticks (which i dont like) and they told the Dasher to let me know. Hard to do when it's contacless! So I called asked for the manager who wasn't there. I let them know I paid for extra egg and bacon which I didn't get and I didn't get my drink which I paid extra for a large in a combo. I ordered extra syrup and didn't get that. The person I spoke with said they would have the manager call me back. Never happened. If this was the first time I would blow it off but it's not. I keep giving Jack-in-the-box money for items I'm not getting and apparently some of their employees really don't care. At least not enough to get your order right or a refund for what you didn't receive. Well Jack, I like your menu but it isn't worth the frustration. There are plenty of other fast food stores.

Now im not the type of person to write reviews for stuff but the service I got today was just nostalgic to how restaurants used to be back in the day. Now a days most fast food employees dont seem to care and disregard the customer service. I had such a wonderful experience today that I even made a profile to write my review. ordered a jumbo jack, asked for no pickles or onions, curly fries and a small chocolate shake, I received everything in under 3 minutes and was able to even see employee Alexis make my chocolate shake. Curly fries were hot and my burger was made exactly as I ordered. Food tasted great, I saw them drop everything fresh for me which is something you dont see much nowadays. Has been a while since I had jack and the menu seemed to had changed a lot, the other girl at the front helped me find exactly what I wanted. will be trying out the the wraps next time. overall great experience.

Restaurant was clean on all three times I visited. Workers were polite and busy. I didn't have to wait long for my food.

Terrible service, they gave us the wrong order, there were more than 5 employees and we were the only customers. The restaurant was super dirty because of the blandness, even the soda machine, the floor was all very dirty and the employees were talking. I did tell them why it is so dirty, no one answered me. nothing I will never go again
