Worst KFC I've ever been in.The counter was a mess.The drink fountain was broken, no crispy chicken, no cole slaw, no honey.The kind cashier, Cecil, is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. He was very apologetic and accommodating trying to offer me replacements or a refund. Poor kid doing the best he can with what he has to work with.Cecil, if you're reading this, get a job somewhere else! That place will drag you down!
I placed an online order cause I was feeling sick just wanted to pick it up. Got there 14 min after the time I was supposed to. Literally just to make sure it would be ready. Order was not ready at all. Only 1 customer at that time. They started when I ask for it. And after they had it done. They left it on the side for over 10 min. Just getting cold cause they "forgot" to drop same fried. So I had to wait about 15 min. or over to finally get the order that was supposed to be done 15 min before I got there. I asked for three plates and utensils but they were not in the bag. No one appoligized for the waiting time or even mention anything about it. The counter was messy and where the online orders are supposed to be was messy. Everything but orders in there. Not good at all. Never ordering for that location again.Parking: Manager parks just right infront of the door. Since she did had time to go and go to her car. I don't know why.

Today I can say was another great customer service experience! Eileen ( if that’s the appropriate spelling) the manager for the evening was excellent. My order was misunderstood and I had to drive back expecting that the employees were gonna question me like all the other fast food places do when they make a mistake on an order.Not here! She was so kind and understanding and went out of her way to correct my order. With no questions asked or even giving me the feeling like other places that I want something for free. So thank you to Eileen and her crew for making the drive back worth it. Good job Eileen on your management and customer service skills.

Purchased six biscuits and got one “buttery spread” and four “ honey sauce”. Ordered a 12 piece bucket and got one breast, seven thighs and three legs. All soggy. All “ large sides” (3) were 2/3 full at best. Aren’t they making enough money by charging me $40 for this meal? Would not recommend.

It's the worst kfc I have ever been. Service is terrible, picked up a family meal to go, and when I got home, it was half the order, and really small pieces. Try to call them many times, and they just kept hanging up, never tried to answer the calls. I do not recommend this place. Go anywhere else, you will be 100 times better.

This place is so pathetic, it’s quite unhealthy how enraged I’am over a KFC visit. They’re literally not worth the time it would take to write an accurate review. On everything I love, trust me - take your business elsewhere, literally anywhere else. This location should be leveled.
