An excellent example of a neighborhood bar! The kind of place where everyone is welcome and there is an easy feel to having an ice cold beer (Tecate with Tajin!) and talking with a good friend. You know you are in the right place when a dog comes over to say hello.

She loved Lazy V and we always felt welcome by the owner and his associate. I will never forget this place. You all made both our night fun and had a great time. It sucks that they don't open till 5pm. Close at 2am. Nice neighborhood people and Bartender? He rocks.

Lazy V is a dive bar, but the good kind that everyone is looking for. The staff when we visited was extremely inviting and interactive with us. The drinks are cheap and they have a few pool tables to pass the time. On top of all of that they have a bar cat. Her name is Myla and she is a super friendly cat that seems to have a keen sense for who wants to interact with her and who doesn't. The only caution I will give is that Lazy V is a CASH ONLY bar. They do have an ATM, but something to be aware of before ordering a drink.
