Hands down the worst McDonald's I’ve been to. Finally had to leave a review after so many visits and always get my order messed up, items missing and food incorrectly made. I understand they employ a lot of teenagers with a high school across the street but the training and management is horrible. Only time my service has been decent is in the early mornings when I’ve ordered a coffee. Avoid this location.

* UPDATE* I decided to go back to this location several days after I left my first review. I will say this location redeemed itself. There is a different crew working that day. I ordered the same thing I ordered in my initial review. They have redeemed themselves. My drink was filled to the top with fresh looking ice. Fries were hot and texture expected. The only negative thing I can say about this last visit is that they put my fries in the bag upside down so they all fell out and were at the bottom.I’ve been going to this location for many years. I’ve never had any issues with service until yesterday. I drove through and ordered a meal to share with my husband. When I got to the first window to pay, I used my debit card. The young woman at the window looked less than thrilled to be there, and stared at me after she handed my card back. I had to remind her to give me my receipt. When I got up to the next window to get my food, a young woman handed me my drink which looked like someone had taken a few sips out of it. Has McDonald’s started to set their machines to fill their soda cups 3/4 full? Even the ice looked melted like it had been sitting for a while. The food was average. The fries were not piping hot and cooked to perfection. Average meal for an inflated price. I guess this is a good reminder of why it’s better to make a burger at home and fill your own drink cups. Disappointing and Customer Service was definitely lacking!

My food was what felt like a hour old , went back to get remade , manager no problem. As I’m observing the crew, they were pulling fry’s from the top of the fryer, the bag had just been chilling there , everyone was on phone no gloves , AirPods in . I point it all out to the manger & just says sorry. food safety is important to a business. Top it all off I get home & I have a raw nugget just slimy looking at all

Like most fast food places, they have done away with humans. This McDonalds is probably the dirtiest of the McDonalds that I have been in. HBowever the food is consistant.

This McDonald has just completely gone down. My wife and I went to get a couple of cheeseburgers and fries. We were told to pull forward. We waited 30 minutes and never got our food. We called and let them know we were still waiting and there response was we are busy if you don’t like the service we can leave and go elsewhere. Completely unbelievably unprofessional conduct, for as much as they charged for there food now and for how much this employee get payed now a days to act completely rude is unbelievable

I waited a long time to review this location, hoping that if I went at a certain time of day, or a certain day of the week, maybe once, just once the food would be fresh and warm. However it has been several months since anything ordered at this location wasn't cold and stale. It makes you feel like you totally wasted your money on garbage. Especially for how expensive it has gotten. Just sad and disappointed.
Slow service, almost always filthy.Went again today, 3/26. French fries cold and hard.Oct 26th, it was a much cleaner and faster service.I was just there 1/24/24, and the place has cleaned up for the better. They are by a school and get a lot kid traffic but it was much nicer.
