The food is almost almost always fresh when I go through the drive-thru but as for having people pull forward and park in the parking lot is the whole reason I went through the drive-thru what's the point in pulling people forward or even having a timer in your drive-thru if it's gourmet to be fake statistics? Stop pulling people forward the 2nd window suppose to be for pickup not for telling us to go wait in the parking lot. It's very annoying. & wrong because according to your drive-thru times what are your drive-thru times reported at the store I am going to find out want to know if you count the time that the car sits in the parkinglot waiting for our food. Happens to 8 of out of 10 cars so only about . Get their food at the window. Not cool. About to stop spending $ here it's inflated prices to wait. When claims to be fast.

ok where to start. the cashier's headset died mid order taking- understandable- but then never came back to finish my order. I got to the window, let them know and had a difficult time fixing it just because the cashier seemed to be rushing. Also understandable because it's fast food, but impolite. Got to the second window. I was missing a large fry and ranch with the order. I told them but they just gave me ranch. The person shut the window and I had to sit there and wait until they noticed I was still there. I told them I was missing a large fry and showed her the receipt. She gave attitude as if it was my fault. I get home and open my sandwiches to see that the extra cheese (that I paid for) wasn't even on the sandwiches. So $3+ wasted. My quarter pounder had a SLOP of mayo all over it and no pickle?? (I ask for light mayo and no onion). My mcdoubles have no onion, no pickle- I asked for regular ones. The one good thing I will say is, I got a good fry when I did get it.

They're very rude and you may or may not get the right order. One of the worst McDonald's to visit As far as customer service goes and accurate ordering goes. Bypass the MCDONALDS!

The guy or girl that was working the pay window at 3:15am on 3/22 was holding up the drive thru chit chatting with it's friend dropping off doughnuts for him or her. While everyone is stuck in drive thru. So unprofessional!!! Had to drive away, was too mad to pick up my order. You should chit chat with your friends when you're on break not while you're working

Went in bought food and used my app to get my free burger but was not given my free item. When I went to talk to supervisor he would not honor it continuing to tell me it was not on my receipt but clearly it was on my receipt since I used the app and staff agreed, none the less my one free item was not honored after I bought my food and points were still taken. Ridiculous service
It's hard to find a McDonald's I enjoy that gets my order correct and where I feel comfortable but this is absolutely a very nice McDonald's. The staff is so kind and made sure my order was made right. The play area was clean and smelled nice Was very happy to eat there this morning and we'll be going back often. Thank

I love McDonald's but I went there a few mornings ago and ordered a big breakfast really only for the hash brown. I asked the lady in the drive-thru if hash browns come with the big breakfast and she said yes. I pulled up to work and the only thing that was missing was a hash brown! Not very excited about that...

Drive Thru ALWAYS makes you wait for your order. Drive Thru ALWAYS at least 90% of the time gets your order wrong or something isn't in your bag that you ordered. This has been going on for at least 5 yrs that I know of, but this is the Neighborhood McDonald's and kids don't care about the frustration the parents has to put up with!Kid-friendliness: The toys are...I won't say!!
