(EDIT I arrived at 11:18 AM and am still here waiting for my order now that it is 11:44 AM)Came to pick up an online order. They claimed their tablet was down and asked to see the order on my device. Then she was supposed to fix the order that I was picking up but instead she stopped preparing my order to make new orders for customers that came in after me. Got very defensive when I asked, calmly, if this is what she was doing and justified it by saying that it only now printed out even though she saw it on my phone. Continues to take other customers ahead of me instead of making my order. The woman working the counter made excuses and claims that was the only her 2nd day working here and does not seem to understand the concept of preparing the orders that come in for the customers who are already waiting rather than taking new orders and serving those new people that arrived later. I have already been waiting 19 minutes and she hasn't even started on my order even though there was nobody here when I arrived and several people came in after me. I am a disabled man, The other customers that came in after me were all women and I am wondering if this is a gender biased thing or due to my being disabled and using a mobility aid. I have not yelled at her or been in any way rude, So her decision to not prepare my order Is very strange.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Austyn, Nealy & Victoria! They welcomed me to my first time there! Austyn’s big smile felt so inviting as I approached the easy to read juice menu. I asked Nealy suggested the most popular juice which was the toxin flush. I was looking for more of a carrot drink and was told The Buzz is really good and it was indeed! I noticed Victoria working hard in the back and was so with my beverage and all the smiles and excellent customer service that I’m definitely coming back to try all the juices! These girls rocked it today and made me a happy camper!!! Thank you, ladies!!!

Don’t apply here the owner is judge mental and doesn’t know what she’s doing. Rather spend her days at Pilates. Having teenagers running her business with absolutely no morale. No wonder she isn’t looking to expand. Just sitting with her two 3 star locations. Good luck lady ;)

Ok, no comparison, but in the absence of a Surf City Squeeze ( my fave) this place ROCKS!!! Really nice and fun people working here, really fantastic selection, i LIVE for the Pink Flamingo. Best one on the menu. But any other will do. Haven't tried anything with lawn clippings in it yet(weird greens) but as i try more items im getting more daring. The gf had a cleanse drink last time and yes, it works. She says it made her feel "pretty darn ok" so we can take that as an endorsement. She also advised that adding mango really helps

The staff didn't acknowledge me. The smoothie was bland and not blended all the way. There were only 2 tables indoors and cramped! This place was ridiculous. I'll never get another smoothie there again. Which is probably what they want.

this place is a joke. they need to hire real employees who understand customer service and how to make a proper smoothie. i asked if a nut butter was organic and she literally looked confused and said she was new and only been there 5 days. um, that wasn't my question. i didn't ask about your work history. i asked about an ingredient. 2nd, they made my drink wrong when i specifically asked for something to be left out. the attitude and incompetence is unacceptable when you're charging customer's close to $10 for a drink. the staff needs to be whipped into shape big time. that mall is classy and that place IS NOT

Gosh I really wish I could find a good smoothie place. It is so inconsistent and for how much they cost I feel like I'm always disappointed. Last time I was there the employee was so unpleasant and looked like he hated his job. Hard to hand over $10 for a smoothie when they obviously don't care. I also have complaints about the smoothies not being filled up all the way. Please do better!!
