Why do I love panda so much. Well they have a large selection of tasty items. And you really can’t beat the price for the quality of food they give you and it’s almost always fresh, if not, just ask and within a few minutes you will have a new fresh dish.I almost never open or eat my fortune cookie there however for some reason unopened this one and it’s perfect!

My family and I like coming here when we want fast Chinese style food.
I placed a mobile order and send my Son to pick it up. You would have thought it was the Police carding him for buying something illegal. I had to text him the order # and a picture of the order. Talk with a crew member to confirm I placed the order. Which is all fine. I get it, you don't want to give someone the wrong order or have someone steal it but for the love of Pete we live 40 mins away and for him to get home and me not have teriyaki sauce for my chicken is a damn crime. Not only did I request extra I didn't even get one pouch and this was a 60 dollar order . I am bummed and now have dry chicken for dinnerParking: Parking is crap at this location but not the business fault
Normally I would not say anything and just never go back, but I am so aggrevated because we live on the outskirts of town and drove 31 miles (one way) to the Panda Express in Marana on Cortaro Rd, because my grandsons asked for Panda. The Chicken Terriaki meals did NOT come with any Teriyaki on it or on the side! It wouldn’t be so bad, but have you ever tasted Pandas chicken without any sauce? Very bland and chewy! As this has happened 2 other times previously, I made sure to ask the gal in the window for some Teriyaki sauce and she very annoyingly said “ I put some already in the bag with extra soy sauce”. Also, ordered an Angus Beef Bowl and of course they upcharge you because it’s beef, but the bowl lonely had 4 very small pieces of meat, what a jip!! Orange Chicken meals were good. There always seems to be something wrong with our order and the food isn’t all that great. You never know what you’ll get with the rice, sometimes it’s dry and hard and the customer service is awful! ?

The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh and hot, sometimes it's not. Sometimes they over cook the broccoli, sometimes they do a great job of cutting the fat off the chicken, sometimes I have to pull the fat off before I eat it. But they really have cut back on how much meat they give you on any dish. They are always pleasant and friendly.
This used to be a favorite spot for the family we are usually not complaining type of people but this location has gone down hill we usually do a family feast at least once a week we won't be any more. The shrinkflation is horrendous between getting food that's not fresh and paying extra for so called premium dishes only to open the box to see it's half empty is very disappointing. We won't be back to panda we will go to jade garden from now on this is a full meal missing from this box
