Their was a very bold homeless man who looked as foul as he smelled loitering in the store. He kept going in and sitting on the couches next to the alley windows and then switching over to the seating in front of the food pick up area. When we went outside to eat on the stores outdoor seating area he went outside and started smoking, spitting, snorting, and staring at us. Imaging trying to eat your food and a dirty man who smells like urine started doing all the things aforementioned in front of you. Needless to say we left disgusted with our food. Now the indoor seating areas were he sat have all the bacteria, fecal matter, and possible bugs like, fleas, lice, or bedbugs that came off of him and are being transmitting that to other customers and employees. No amount of social justice or the fear of those who force their interpretation of it on others should lower the standard of hygiene and safety in a FOOD establishment.

Oh boy! When I'm in a city, I enjoy starting my mornings with a bagel and tea. With the Panera sip club, it turns out to be a great deal! So kudos for a decent bagel and cup of tea at a great price! But, I tell ya, since I arrived in Tucson after the Holidays, I've not been very impressed with this Panera. Here's why:(A) The Internet wireless speed is terrible! It's as bad as I remember dial up was. It's so bad, one can't count on even browsing simple sites efficiently. One of the employees told me they had to switch from using tablets in the back of the house to pencil and paper because the speed was so bad. It's soooooo awfully slow!!(B) Perhaps even worse than the wireless speed, the management here has decided to ONLY play 1980s Top Forty songs on their sound system since New Year's. This is definitely an unusual form of torture! There's so much great music in the world. Why only play 80s Top Forty songs? It's just horrible and painful!(C) Last, the men's restroom is a disaster with multiple things falling apart. There's even been a black plastic trash bag over one of the urinals since before the holidays (!). How gross is that? As my best friend from my high school years liked to say: "Gag a magot!"Again, I like the bagels and tea, but, alas, several important items at this particular Panera need some concerned attention.

The cash registers are right in front of the pastries the cashier is coughing all over them. They should seriously rethink the placement. Paying cash sucked as there was only one cashier. The parking options suck tooo it’s raining and flooding everywhere…. no avoiding wet feet… but soup on a rainy day wins. Granted the soup was amazing

Zero courtesy in this store. The manager lady with curly hair is insanely rude.Won’t look at you in your eyes when giving out food nor a knowledge a thank you.Seems like that sour lady hates men.

Slightly overpriced for the quality of the food. There are healthy options but the portions are rather small and there is not a tremendous amount of flavor. It is a good quick place for a small lunch, if you want.

Had a bad experience 12/6/23 when i ordered my lunch. I had it delivered and the delivery was done through Panera so i did not use an extra delivery service. When my order arrived, it look like someone took a bite of my pickle. I called Panera and sent a picture of how it looked and spoke to Paulette. They offered to remake my lunch and was not able to refund me. It was not a big catering order but the lack of customer service is pretty disappointment.
