Spilled my cup of water setting it on the table. Asked for help to clean it up immediately and no one ever came. Had the firecracker chicken, very disappointing not spicy at all and even though lots of pieces of batter very little chicken inside. Four of us were dining together and did not get our dinners all at the same time or even close together. Very disappointing. Have been to two other pei Wei's in the Tucson area and they were much, much better.

This review is for our last order from this location. My wife ordered a Feast 3 at 7:14 PM on 3/9/24.Although the other dishes were okay, the Lo Mein Chicken tasted awful. It tasted like kerosene ? That went straight to the trash bin.

Lunch. My girlfriend ordered Chicken Pad Thai; I had Teriyaki Chicken (pictured). Her bowl was served with ramen noodles instead of the anticipated pad thai rice noodles so she returned it and a few minutes later an employee brought out the corrected order.As we had her pooches in tow we seated ourselves on their dog-friendly patio. The place was clean, the servers polite, the general atmosphere calm and pleasant, conducive to enjoying one’s lunch.The meal was satisfying… “Corporate Asian Food Chain“ delicious.

Food is always good to very good. The appearance of the dining area is always a train accident. Mop buckets in the middle of the dining area no one touches and broom and dustpans around without being touched. Small dining area with tables dirty with trash, staff standing around and all seems good with them. No management at all. Again, food is good to very good.
