If I could leave zero stars I would. The customer service at this establishment is ridiculous. The employees were so rude except for the little white old lady. There were no customers in there and I placed an online order. The people in the back were complaining because they had a catering and they told us to come back later. When we came back they said "why did they come back?". I had to wait 40 minutes plus 20 minutes without being greeted. This is ridiculous! I will never be visiting this place again!

Horrible gyro was horrible . They also got the order wrong we ordered two at work they sent one. We used grub hub for delivery so when we called to tell them they forgot to send one sandwich instead of fixing it and getting it to us they told us to call GrubHub. All grub hub can do is issue a refund. Wth stay Way far away they couldn't care less about the food or the order. Super salty no lamb at all. Worst gyro ever OMG. Gyro literally fell apart.

So....unfortunately we had a horrible experience last Monday night. We went to dinner with our kids (6) and we sat outside. There was one table outside and two inside so not busy at all..........we waited an hour and a half for our food......I had a salad my husband had a wrap and the kids had kid meals. tables came after us got served before us and we were overcharged as well. Kids got mac n cheese and should have been part of the meal but they charged us an additional 1.99 for each kid meal (the are 6.99 to begin with) anyway, super disappointed and won't be back...We usually go to the Pita on Ina and that is the one we will continue to go to........I reached out as they requested and have not heard anything from anyone.We actually went again to give them another shot and this time it was actually worse than the time before. I really didnt' think that was possible. We were informed they were short staffed however food and drinks took so long that we were once again ready to leave.....If you don't have adequate staff perhaps you should not be open. While we were sitting there two large parties walked out......It's such a shame because the food is so good and so healthy. That is why we go there. Guess we will just continue to go to the one across town. It might be a far drive but it's worth it..........

Good/cheap draft beer, food was good, server was nice. However, it’s clear the management has no idea what they’re doing. We should have known when they had a sign posted on the front saying they were “short staffed and be patient to those who showed up”. Just say you don’t pay your workers a living wage and move on. There were only 4 other tables beside us, which you think should make for a speedy service. The food and drinks took forever to come to us. The person who made the drinks left them behind the bar and walked directly passed us to tell the server they were ready instead of just bringing them to us. The margarita I ordered was the worst margarita I’ve consumed in Tucson. Even the server said the bartender messed it up. I would not go back and would not recommend this place.

I've been here a few times before but this has been my favorite of what I've ordered recently. It was so flavorful and fresh! Only side note, they had a lot of mobile orders that day. The service was on the slow side because of that, but it's so worth it!

Service clean and friendly. I ordered the California Beach Lavash with Turkey and made it a bowl. DELISH! The rice was a little bit under done but the flavors we spot on. The fresh veggies were excellent and not a wilted leaf at all, super crunchy! At $13 you get a lot of food without feeling too stuffed. Yummy yummy!I'll definitely be back!

I love Pita Jungle and have been many times. However, the quality has declined lately. Pita bread isn't fresh, potatoes seem reheated, quantity and quality of chicken isn't as good, specials advertised online are not available. Also, the cleanliness of restaurant and bathrooms is pretty bad. Hoping it improves ?

This food is lovely! And for the restaurant being busy and short staffed.. the service was also great. I had guava lemonade, mozzarella tomato Basil starter and salmon salad.. yum on all accounts!!

Food was ok. Humus was good. Don't sit near the kitchen unless you want to hear a constant stream of profanity.
food was pretty good but the staff couldn't have been more rude and short. the waiter seemed mad to do literally anything. when i had to walk up and ask for a to go box after waiting for over 5 minutes for any member of the staff to show their face , the woman standing maybe 1 foot away from them said "i'm off the clock". i'm sure you are under staffed but geeze don't take it out on me and my elderly grandmother.

I ordered takeout from here when I was visiting Tucson recently. The restaurant was right next to my hotel and I was looking for something different than what I'd been eating most of the trip. Ordering online and picking up in-store was super easy and convenient. I had the red quinoa with hummus entree and it was delicious! The portion size was huge. It comes with pita to dip, but the entree is more like a salad and is just as delicious on it's own. I wish I had a Pita Jungle close to home (Indiana)!

I was debating between a salad or the Tiki Chicken Masala. I decided on the chicken. I really wanted to enjoy it but I was disappointed. The rice was undercooked and hard. The sauce was thin and on the bland side. I should have chosen the salad instead.

I ordered a small salad and a side of potatoes in advance online, to be ready for pick up at 11:30. I didn't receive my order until almost 12. If I had known it was going to take so long I wouldn't of taken my 30 minute lunch break at 11:30. I spent my whole lunch break waiting and had to eat quickly while driving back to work. Service workers are very nice and the food is good, it just seems like this location is understaffed.
