This is definitely the best Popeyes in Tucson. I've had the good fortune of eating at the original Popeyes on Canal Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Popeyes on Campbell Avenue ranks, right up with the very best, even the original! The service was prompt and courteous. The chicken was fantastic. Perhaps my hunger was doing the thinking for me, but that was the best Popeyes' I've ever had! Take it from a Ragin' Cajun who's been eating Popeyes for more than 40 years… It's worth the drive from anywhere in town!

This location is horrible. It's like the people working there do whatever they can to NOT work. Any time I try to order through door dash, they either aren't accepting orders, are out of everything on my order, or can't even send me the correct things. I wish corporate saw these Google reviews because this location needs help.

Service is an absolute joke here everytime I come here the wait is always ridiculously long no matter the time of day I place an online order and it tells me my order is ready however when I arrive thru drive thru I get told to come inside and from there I’m waiting 20 minutes for my food when someone else orders and gets there food in 5 minutes this store is a joke the workers don’t take there job serious and would like to work out a refund for the horrible service and wait , also workers started panicking checking heats for cooking food and stated the temps were low as there inspecter was coming in
Teana is amazing! Kids always love the food but the customer service today from Teana was fantastic!

Ordered in the drive thru they asked us to park in front. Never came out. I had to go in and this was 45 minutes later. They didn't have my food ready and I had to remind them of my order. After returning home the count on the chicken was wrong and was shorted a few pieces of chicken. Will not be going there again.

Its fried chicken. So if you not hung up on counting caloric intake, glutenaphobia, and youre only interested in quieting that roar of hunger....get extra napkins.
Never ever do I get my sauces and every order is wrong every time.Bums asking for free food and money will add ambience to your meal. Popeye's would be great if I got my orders right. But they don't. It's like they don't give you the sauces they just asked you to choose, on purpose to save money? IMO Loosing customers is a bad way to save money. Popeye's is just the worst.
