Absolutely delicious. My wife and family were staying a few days in Tucson, and we didn't know where to find quality Mexican food. We literally tried Rosa's blindly and were very surprised at the quality of the food and the friendly staff and environment. I had the combination plate (red enchilada, tamale, and taco), and it was among the finest I've ever had. My wife had the green chile tamale, enchilada, and taco. We are from New Mexico and enjoy trying Mexican food from around the southwest. I highly recommend Rosa's, and we will definitely return next time we are in town.

Still one of the very best Mexican restaurants in Tucson. You can't go wrong with any of their items.
This one hurts. Rosa’s was my favorite Mexican when I lived here as a college student. Today I sat for 30 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to ask me if I needed anything for my meal. My drink cups were both dirty, and had floaters in them. If I would have had exact change I would have left it. Sad. It went to hell since I left.

Outstanding food! Unpretentious; pleasant, and friendly staff, busy local patrons. Wonderful menu. A favorite place of ours in Tucson. It's the real deal.Parking: It is located in a small shopping strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Maybe a mall curb from parking lot but restaurant is level with outside sidewalk.
The service was sparse and the food took a long time to get it.
