I've had times a while back when their service was below standard, I was treated like an annoyance/inconvenience, but they've greatly improved their staff who are much more friendly & accommodating now. I appreciate that their animal products are conscious, their chicken is hormone free antibiotic free, I love their Mahi Mahi, their carnitas pork was excellent but that was a limited time offer, I hope it comes back. I still have yet to try their natural steak. I love their self serve salsa bar, I add lots of cilantro & white onions to my food, and their picante salsa is delectable! I like that they offer cauliflower rice as replacement for grain rice. Their guacamole is good & they don't add dairy like some places do. I hope they bring back mango salsa or some other tasty fruit option.Dietary restrictions: Whether you're keto, paleo (no grains), or low carb, getting cauliflower rice instead of rice is healthy for some of us. If you're dairy free they easily accommodate no cheese, no sour cream, their chipotle white sauce has dairy but they have plenty of other sauces to use instead. If you're truly paleo and don't eat beans, it's possible to get meat and veggies dishes here. If you're vegetarian or vegan they have a good amount of options. I like to get a modified California bowl that's just a meat, black beans, cauliflower, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa. I'd recommend this place for people with celiac or gluten free for any reason, I am an even stricter grain free and I do fine here.

Over the years, we have gotten takeout from Rubio’s and it was always tasty and fresh. This time the items were not fresh at all, and the food was cold, even though we picked it up in less than 15 minutes. The ingredients tasted old, the bacon was dry, and the guacamole was off. There is now a request for a tip when you order online but in my experience tips are given for service when you eat IN a restaurant, not when you just simply pick up the food. The whole experience was Very disappointing.

All i gotta say is this place is still in business for a reason. Weve been by maybe 4 times in the last couple of months and had a great experience every time. Place is always clean and staff has been very friendly. Above all else the food as been amazing which is why we keep coming back.

Always pleasant staff - grilled shrimp burrito is our favorite. You can help yourself to the salsa and jalapeños ♡Loved the California Shrimp Bowl ♡ friendly staff as always and speedy lunch. We dined in this time as we were in between appointments at Banner. I spoke with the woman about getting the cauliflower rice next time and some romaine lettuce with less rice and she said they could do that ♡ nice to know you can sort of recreate you lunch to order. They may charge you a bit more, but you can get what you like. Their jalapeños and salsa bar is self serve so you can get what you like to spice it up. They have sliced lemon and lime on the salsa bar too along with cilantro and onion.

We order for delivery, two plates of tacos. The tacos were good, a bit dry. My biggest complaint, we we order the plates, we wereexpecting some sides, that are available in the salsa bar. I used to be able to visit your location, now I can't. My suggestion is not to order for delivery. Visit the location, you will have a much satisfying experience.

Grew up eating Rubios since I was a kid and their tacos were $1 Tuesday! Times have changed but their consistency and quality have not. Parking lot is easy to get into. A great place for a clean tasting, crispy fish taco. Salsa bar is nice, this place always satisfies our cravings
