I went in today for Pi day, and I have to say.. The service was top tier for such a busy day!! Special shoutout to José and Bailey (I'm so sorry if I spelled your names wrong!!) for being so patient with a verbally aggressive customer. You two make all the difference in customer service. Anyone expecting little to no wait for a very afffordable pizza on the day of circles is absolutely bonkers. The wait was 100% worth it! ❤️ Thank you everyone working today, 03/14, for your kindness.

We've been at the Campbell avenue and Oracle road locations. I must say, " excellent " ! We always order the suprema pizza, and try a different salad each time. Simply great.

Had a pizza delivered that was very overcooked. The manager did not hesitate to offer a replacement pizza and was very apologetic. Great service and great food.

Service was nice. We ordered the suprema pizza and the tiramisu, which were both pretty good, but a little overpriced. We asked for our tiramisu to be brought out later, after we finished our pizza, but they forgot. We reminded them and it came out pretty quickly. The ambiance was nice, overall a casual place to eat at.

Maybe a very off day? my order was largely inedible. Mediterranean Calzone: Dough raw, under-proofed. Not even cooked to golden. Wet innards, gloppy cool spinach and mushrooms, watery feta. Dipping sauce, I don't know. Uninspired, sad. Pizza: cheese and caramelized onions. Errrrr, caramelized onion puree might better describe it. As you can see, it looks like tomorrow's pizza today. Not a thing to redeem it. The dough was again under-proofed, solid- no air puffs and holes. Dull and stale. Look, we all have off days, but two fails? I'll try this place again and update, but all signs point to "back to the drawing board ".

Just sad. We went in and ordered a sandwich and a pizza and took our number and had a seat. They brought my friends sandwich out and 15 minutes later, I still didn’t have my pizzaThey were busy which is fine but who brings food out separately? After my friend finished his sandwich we got up and left. I asked for a refund and only then did they bring me my pizza (which I refused) I won’t be returning to this place ever again.

Disappointed in the chicken pesto pizza. The pesto was in lumps. No chicken was harmed in the making of this pizza. Not usual for this restaurant.

For a casual, Italian food chain, this is as good as it gets. You order at the counter and the staff has always been kind and open to suggesting pastas or pizzas based on how you're feeling because they have a lot of options. Although the restaurant is modern and clean and the people who work there are great, the food has always been the highlight. It is a little bit more expensive than could be expected, but the quantity is pretty solid. The mac and cheese and other pastas are always cooked perfectly and mixed with beautiful sauces. The pizzas are uniquely fresh as well. They are always receptive to substitutions and accommodations with both the pizzas and pastas and they offer options that are gluten free and vegan so everyone can enjoy!
When I’m looking for a place to go that’s fancy, but not too high class for an average Joe like me. Sauce has the perfect interior and exterior design making it a great spot to just have a conversation with someone while eating delicious food. Their food is always a delight and its flavors soar around one’s body.

do not order delivery from here! we ordered through the website and the restaurant used door dash the driver delivered our fold to the wrong location and wanted to get it back and get now cold and who knows who touched it. when we as the restaurant to replace it they made it sound like it was our fault and didn't take responsibility or apologize. they lost customers for life!

I love the bruschetta bread with a passion! It's absolutely amazing. The pasta is okay great quality and taste but nothing to rave to mom about. Service is quick and friendly and the location is clean and has a good vibe for a nice dinner meal.
