Super clean, quiet and comfy apartment style rooms. I love that I don’t have to go anywhere for anything. There’s quality food, a bar and entertainment right here. But located close to other options. I would definitely come back.

We stayed here a few years ago. When we had a convention here in Tucson. It was fine then. Now, not so much. Now a Platinum member with Bonvoy and have received nothing stated as a Platinum member that we should receive. Poor front desk personnel no upgrade as promised - no tub in room - disappointed in free food selection- elevator sounds like it's gonna break any minute and the waitress in the lounge asked us we wanted water twice and never brought it. This place needs work. Both building maintenance and employee training.Noteworthy details: See above.

We stayed here for a week during a vacation for a wedding. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, but they could use a little updating. The fridge in our room was smaller than we are used to. There is not a lot of room if you have leftovers from eating out. Everything went well. The only thing we didn't know about before checking in was there another 30% fee added on check-in as safety deposit on top of the price of the room. We would stay here again. Recommend.

Very nice rooms, the only bad thing was it was super cold when we got in the room and the only way to fix it was to turn off the AC completely it could not be turned down. And we did not ask for help either! But other than that it was very nice.

Checked in Friday October 20th at 3:15. My son paid for the room as a gift to me. I have a service dog. The girl at the front desk asked me what my disability was!!!!!!!! She then had me fill out a PET WAIVER FORM?!?!?! Someone PLEASE inform this girl that what she did was WRONG. My son and I were speechless but let this huge mistake slide. This is my only complaint. The room and everything else was awesome. It was nice not having to battle drug rehabbers like I had to at another non-Bonvoy hotel. It was nice not having to sleep with one eye open.I will be returning in December for another family event. Thank you for an enjoyable overnight stay.

Room was nice customer service was lacking. Had to ask for a blanket and pillows for the sofa bed for my Daughter after we checked in around 7pm and it took them almost an hour and multiple calls to get them. Asked for extra towels as there were three of us and the room only had 2 towels. They told me to just ask the person with the bedding when they showed up. The guy came knocked on the door thru the blank and pillows at me when I answered the door and ran off before I could ask for the towels. Would not recommend staying here if you want to be treated like a valued customer.

Used one of their meeting rooms. The room was clean and air conditioned to a pleasant temperature. The chairs were cushioned with high backs and comfortable which was great because the meeting was several hours long. The bathroom was also clean.

I usually come here once a month due to my job. The rooms are clean and cozy and with the newly added breakfast buffet (free by the way) you really cant go wrong

It's just bad beyond compare. The lobby stinks of smoke. The breakfast is the worst thing that could happen to you on any given morning. If you're having a bad day, this'll be the place to make it worse.

It's a very nice hotel to stay at. Very clean rooms. Some of the usb charging ports didnt work but there were a lot of them that did work which was ok. I thought it was odd the shower only had half a door but it served the purpose. All in all I do recommend staying here. Very courteous staff too!

This hotel is close to the medical center and that is the only thing useful about it. The breakfast offered requires a voucher and is a bagle or a muffin and a coffee. The buffet they offer is fifteen dollars per person and they do not offer another option. Don't buy the option just eat at the ihop next door or the hospital cafeteria. The direct tv kept cutting out and rebooting itself and we ended up turning it off. The rain shower is the worst design and splashes everywhere. The little towel rug was soaked along with the rest of the floor. The lotion, soap shampoo, conditioner, and body wash stink like men's aftershave. It smelled so strong and awful it gave me a headache. I had to reshower to get it off me. Next time i am in town for the hospital, i will stay somewhere else. Very disappointing for the price paid. It's NOTHING like other Marriott hotels. Nope. Never again.

Make sure to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed.Asked for inside secure room as I was traveling alone. The kid at the desk didn’t care. Was to interested in his latte.

Quality Control

I arrived here on my motorcycle in the overwhelming onslaught of rain. I enter the lobby and approach the janitor and ask for the bathroom, and he points me in the right direction.I'm in the bathroom changing out of my rain-soaked clothes. The man working the front desk enters and looks at me with disgust, "Excuse me, do you have a room here?" and I reply, "I have a room on the 4th floor. I'm changing down here because I didn't want to drip through the lobby and all the way up to my suite, " He exits.(I should preface this next portion to the fact that he sends the janitor to the bathroom to further harass me! It should also be noted that this occurred during the evening at approximately 7 pm. Lastly, to be noted is that this is not an ideal location for this luxury of stay... however, when I identified myself as a high-level executive, as well as offering up my room number, that should've ended the madness.Could it be because I'm a black man with dreadlocks???)The janitor enters and starts harassing me to "hurry up" and then implies that I'm lying about having a room, "Then why aren't you changing in your room" and "hey, there's a line of other guests out here who are waiting to use the restroom, too!"This was yet another display of prejudice stereotype, despite my furnishing the Sheraton employee with my room and executive status. For that, my experience was colored by this flagrant harassment and gross disrespect.

They said I smoked in my room, while me and my girlfriend smoked 30 feet or more away from the hotel. They stole my money I would not recommend staying here unless you want to get your money stolen from you for something you didn’t do.

Overall I had a good experience. I had a one-bedroom suite facing Grant, and I liked the view, which wasn't really scenic, but I liked being able to see the main street. There are a couple restaurants that pretty much share the same parking lot. As well as an on-property restaurant. And a CVS right across the street. The grounds are clean and quiet. Very quiet actually, maybe it was just the days I stayed, but I like a little more activity. I was a little disappointed there was no kitchenette, but for the price it wasn't a bad deal. It's not as luxurious as some other Sheratons I've stayed at in the past, but I can't complain much given the price.Rooms: The room I had had a sliding door for entry, and the room was spacious and clean. The bedroom was a good size, with a large comfortable bed. I like the layout and furniture of the living room, very modern.
