Great burgers. Good flavor combos and this location had lots of seating space (however very limited parking space) Enjoyed the burger. Cooked well & sweet potato fries were awesome as well.
Service was pretty terrible. They just couldn’t get any of the orders right, then seemed angry that they had to fix them. Come on, you have one job…

We were hoping it had gotten better, but it's still not quite up to the level it was when we first enjoyed Smashburger. The food is ok - pricey for what you get (for example, the sweet potato fries are still good, but you only get a handful for your $4+ and no more special sauce? Or for the "smashtots" for your $3+ you get 17 tots in extra oil that does t taste different or better but does include some green bits so you know it's both more expensive and "better." Or finally, when you advertise a shake made with real hagen daaz ice cream, I don't want it the consistency of chocolate milk.) All in all, I want to like it - I do. But every time I leave disappointed and thinking I got ripped off. :( sadly, next time I'll need to read my own review before I consider going back there.
Rae at the front counter was amazing. My husband and I went to lunch today and she made us feel very welcome and was very pleasant. She did great keeping up with the flow of the place. Taking orders, handing food out, and answering the phone. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion!

Can't rate the food because we never received it. Ordered thru DoorDash and the Smashburger employees allowed the order to be stolen. The delivery driver told me it was already gone when he arrived. And even better, we spent over $50 on food we didn't receive and DoorDash so far is refusing to refund our money. This was the first time ordering food from Smashburger and it will definitely be the last.
$10 for a burger but they couldn't even put the cheese or bacon.
