Super nice staff but unless you plan to order ahead online, you’re going to be there for a bit. I ordered in the store and waited 15 minutes for my coffee while they kept making coffees for people who ordered online. Maybe I’m crazy but I think they should get their priorities straight. Other than that, it was a nice

A well hidden gem of a Starbucks, I stumbled upon this location by utter mistake, but the friendly patient staff took care of me with a smile which I’ll never forget 10/10 will be returning soon.

This is the nicest Starbucks I've ever been to! They did a great job making my custom drink. They even delivered my order to my table - 5 stars to you guys!!

The staff is so friendly, not only humans but to dogs as well! They can be slow at times during rush hours, but what can you expect LOL. I'm here twice a week and will keep coming back!

The other day I witnessed a very disturbing incident at this location where a woman who I believed to be a manager of this establishment was very rude to one of her baristas. I am a firm believer in keeping a collectively harmonious workplace but this manager was telling her barista that his opinions didn't matter and that no body cared, I was disturbed because that is NOT how I speak to my team at my workplace. I'm not sure what they were disputing about but please treat your employees better! Everyones feelings and opinions matter and if you are telling your employees otherwise, you are cultivating a very negative energy within your work place. Do better. I felt the need to write this review because Starbucks is a leading company that everyone holds at a high standard I'm sure and I think for a company with such high standards and expectations that their standards for workplace peace would be higher and I was appalled to have seen such a blatant display of disregard for the very workers who make this company what is is.

Would be a ZERO if an option. Got a coffee today. Asked for a stopper. The baristas attempted to put a round white stickie on my cup over the mouth opening. The sticker was stuck to her dirty, unprotected finger. I stopped her and asked for the regular green stopper. She said her manager values the environment, turtles specifically over all else. So this was all the offered. Beyond offended. I have protected desert tortoise and many other animals whose lives and well-being matter deeply to me. That said-this behavior in a restaurant needs to be flagged and brought to the attention of the Pima Co Health dept. Our public health is a dire concern as we enter flu season. What on earth is STARBUCKS promoting here??? Will NEVER use this location again.

I always enjoy going to the starbucks! It may be small, but they always make extremely good drinks. And the staff is so friendly. This is definitely a Starbucks that I always try to stop by when I'm in the area. The atmosphere is very nice! And they don't understaff this store which is a plus for me! Recommend 10 out of 10.

I had a long morning after traveling such a distance I was running on empty, all I wanted was cold coffee. All I can say is that they were able to accommodate the request! After paying for the largest coffee, I was given a cup of ice-cold coffee, and it was a sub-par cup of Starbucks coffee.
