We ordered dinner from the drive-thru and then took it home after being out and about since roughly ¼ to 11. Below, it should have another option for DRIVE-THRU, but I guess that's take out of a sort.

Food was good. I asked if everything was in the bag in the drive-thru and was told yes, thankfully I still checked as I pulled around the building because something was missing. I parked and went inside for it. Employees apologized, no biggie!The vegan cheese is surprisingly delicious and their black bean chalupa and fiesta vegetarian burrito are yummy as well!

It's like, the food is fine, but having a keypad on the bathroom door is stupid and unnecessary. Like, this is Oro Valley there's not rlly a homeless problem, and it adds extra steps for me, having never been to this location, to find my receipt, wait for someone to come to the front and tell me the code before I can go to the bathroom. Not fun when you really gotta go. Not coming back

I recently dined in at this location as I have for many years to only be again disappointed at the direction this location is when Nicholas the manager is not there. We had this happen in the past with another manager it's the staff that is left in charge when the actual manager is not present. We ordered a few tacos as we usually do and again we had no cheese on our tacos we had maybe a couple shreds. In the past used to extra cheese to our order be charged for it to still have no cheese but Nicholas fixed that for us. This time we were charged to only be given a a small container for 6 tacos as we were told that is our portion size. Now this person who didn't greet when I went to the counter he just stared as he drank his soda with gloves he is making food with gives me an extra small container. I said this is a normal portion for 6 tacos? He says yes I asked since when. Now again these employees including what appears to be a new DM are taking trash drinking from personal cups and handling money with the same gloves they are serving food with. I asked for this not to happen while giving me my cheese they stared they are allowed. I went to them open a quesadilla with 4 pieces of chicken I went up to the counter to complain to then again be told this is a portion size. I stated I've never gone to any Taco Bell and be served like this and be told your going to show me the portion size and say your not getting another. I was asking for what I paid for. I threw it in the trash again no cheese on this quesadilla. The girl says this is my DM she will tell you. The DM had nothing to say but they all huddled to talk loudly about me and my Husband. I called another location down the street and spoke to a gentleman he said this was unacceptable and we don't and should not be practicing this way. He gave me a number to the area manager Julia and she never returned my call. To know that you go and spend over $30 and $7 of it was either trashed or having to purchase extra to get what is supposed to already be on your meal is not good service. This took place on 8/23 around 4:30pm not busy either so there is no excuse for this behavior even if it was busy still no excuse. Be better do better consistency is key as well as customer service customers are how you even have a job and get paid. And yes I do have experience I am aware and got over 20 years experience.

Asked for the restroom password so my daughter could use and the worker young man there said no only for paying customers. I told him we are and he gave me the wrong numbers for the restroom and continue to ignore me a paying customer.

Don't want to leave a bad review but I will say there were only three employees and it was lunch hour employees are great very helpful very friendly smiling the whole time but the floors and tables were very dirty

This is the worst Taco Bell in Tucson! I've given them 4 tries and every time I go in there, the people are rude, unhelpful, take forever and my food is never made properly! Continue North....up Oracle and go to the other Taco Bell where they have fabulous service and care about the customers. And they don't expect you to ring up your own service. Never returning.

Drive thru lady was impatient and rushing while deciding on what to get and rude, nacho fries were cold stale and looks like they were just dropped into the bag, ordered soft taco and got a hard taco and chicken was refrigerator cold.
