Good or bad, I always believe in giving credit where it is deserved no matter if it’s a sit-down restaurant or a quick fast food experience. I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito but they forgot the chicken which wasn’t going to do since I needed additional protein for a post-workout meal.I went back and let them know about the error and they were very accommodating and made me a new one as well as throwing in a coupon for a free taco for my next purchase. They re-made it perfectly with no cheese, no extra sauce or sour cream just as I usually order it. The young woman at the drive-through with the glasses was very friendly, accepting of the mistake and professional. It was a very simple but correctable mistake which is totally understandable. That is the kind of service that deserves praise!
The inexperience of the crew showed they were very rude and had to wait excess times for simple orders... They're severely understaffed and overwhelmed with their workload and just outrageously rude. Very poor customer service by the red-headed older white male taking the orders for dine
If I could give these employees 0 stars I would. I had a bathroom emergency and my husband and I were ordering, once I finished choosing my items I asked for the bathroom code and a lady with glasses in pink hair would not give it to me. I insisted we were ordering and I had to go but she just stared at me. Didn't end up ordering because they were so unwelcoming. Do not go here these people don't deserve your money. I went to another taco bell and they had no trouble giving me the code. The first lady has no concern for human needs. Disgusted. Is this really who you hire Taco Bell?

I went in at around 830 am and the service was very good and ?%excellent. And they took my order and had me out the door under 6 minutes and the cashier even came out in the lobby so she could open the door for me which helps cuz I'm in a wheel chair. Thanks again the morning crew.
