I normally have no complaints, but I do today. I ordered the shrimp lo mein to go. Ive had this many times and it is really good. I dont eat beef and dont like chicken, so shrimp is perfect. I got across town for my work and shortly after i was ready to eat..my shrimp lo mein was full of huge pieces of chicken and beef. Half way thru i only found 2 shrimp. But lots of chicken. Ruined my meal and a waste of about $20. I called and asked for the manager and was on hold forever, then cut off..being at work i could not persue this. Im pissed.

Excellent food and service. Moved to AZ from San Francisco over 2 years ago and until I discovered The Bamboo Terrace I could not find a Chinese restaurant that “hit the sweet spot.” I will most definitely make this my go to place for wonderful Chinese food????????❣️

Good Chinese food. Bit pricey but other than that it's OK. Given it's next door to my employer it is also convenient and the service personnel are very accommodating.

Food was average tasting with average size portions. Service was good. Ambiance dated, dull and boring. Bright harsh lighting. This restaurant has taken a nosedive compared to 20 and 30 years ago when I used to come here.

Great food but their prices did go up when you look at their menu online it's not the same prices as in the restaurant

I wouldn't recommend this place at all unfortunately. A friend and I went to this restaurant due to it being recommended by his coworker..big mistake. The food was not good, almost flavorless in a sense; we ordered chicken fried rice and orange chicken. The orange chicken was extremely chewy (at one point I had to spit a piece out because I just could no longer chew it) and again mainly flavorless. The chicken fried rice included very pale unseasoned chicken, and cold peas, the rice itself was not too too bad but also I've had better at Panda Express. We did pay for our food since taste is a personal thing and technically nothing was "wrong" with our food. we took the leftovers to go to possibly give it another try before reviewing this place, this is when I had a lovely experience of crunching down on eggshells in the fried rice, after that all leftovers were thrown in the trash. While we were at the restaurant the service was extremely slow, it looked as though there was only one waitress so maybe the restaurant is understaffed or they cut back on staff since we went on a Sunday but there was also other staff seen just standing around towards the entrance of the kitchen. Overall, for how expensive each plate is (about $15) this place is definitely not worth it. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere or simply making a meal at home which is what we ended up doing once leaving the restaurant.
