The manager Jose from store #261 located on W. Valencia, was super rude. I asked if he can put the meat from my son's quesadilla on the side he rudely said NO and called me Crazy knowing that I was still able to hear him. Will be reaching out to corporations.

Burritos had no flavor at all and when we called to ask why our 2 out of 4 burritos didn’t have any meat they said that’s how it is and to return them uneaten but we already took a bite not knowing and when I called a man told me there was no manager working the whole day and no one knew English in the store but when I spoke in Spanish then they could miracle speak English. at Viva burritos on 615 w Valencia rd Tucson, Az 85746. I’m upset the way they handled this and will not be returning back unless I get a refund or remake and an apology.

Again, the Viva Burrito store on Broadway/Camino Seco is all shut down at 8:50pm on a Saturday night. All lights turned off. This place is so sketchy. We all laugh about it. Hey owner, if you are running a legitimate business here, pay attention.

My daughter and I went into your location at 2060 w river rd and was waited on by Dora who was extremely rude from the time we walked in and then started speaking in Spanish about us to the cook. Someone needs to explain to her that if it weren’t for customers she would’t Have a job. I spent almost $15.00 for breakfast. But that is the last money viva burrito will get from us.
