I would like to thank the staff for a job well done. From the call with William who was a pleasant to talk to, to the pick up process and the quality of our food. I drive to this location to get my meatball pizza :). Store close to me said Pizza Hut no longer serves meatball pizza so I drive a bit further. William your personality and customer service made the drive worth it! Great pizza and service. Great job guys.

Boneless wings were small with almost no sauce. Pizza was bland, had no taste to it.Would not recommend the pizza hut off houghton rd. By frys.Food is much better at the pizza hut in green valley.

One of the first times we've ordered here since it moved next door--we had been going to Mod Pizza and because of this experience, we will continue to do so. Ordered a medium combination without onion and extra olives, missing ingredients including olives. Husband tried a slice and got food poisoning. Luckily, I was so upset with the order that I didn't touch it. I took it back--higher rating is for the person that accepted returned pizza and tried to assuage me, not the making of or the food itself or for a satisfactory resolution to complaint--the shift supervisor offered to remake it, but I declined. Also explained that they don't offer refunds and would give me a $20 credit for $27 order total, which is not what I wanted. Contacted corporate, just replied in the same way as the shift supervisor. Now have a credit that won't be used because will continue to go to the competitors.

I've been going to this branch since 2010 and the food has always been perfect. However, about a month ago my order was screwed up, I called to complain, the manger was very nice, apologized and gave me a credit. In well over 10 years only one mishap! I'd say is damn good! ;-)

The counter help was extremely rude. After giving him my phone number three times he couldn't get right he made smart remote. I asked who the manger was and he refused to tell me. I walk in the kitchen to find out who the manger was and he asked me to leave. I left and called corporate. He still refused to tell me who was the manger. No more business from me.
